Mrs Valens getting credit on the song to help her , as the royalties left her on the roadside . Led Zeppelin paving over a wrong , Ritchie would approve .
They were trying to give her royalties for a song they didn't own the rights to. Even then they only tried to give her 1/6 of the money while they kept 2/3. "Led Zeppelin paving over a wrong" What a load of crap.
@@amx360 "Ooh! My Head" is a rock and roll tune written by Ritchie Valens and Little Richard. Don't see Little Richard mentioned in Kemo Musics claim or him complaining plus Valens and his mother got nothing from Kemo Music. Of course the song is totally derivative of Little Richard's "Ooh! My Soul".but no complaints from Penniman. If his mother received 1/6th royalties for the song it's better than nothing.

@@KevinHallSurfing What is you point? Led Zeppelin attempted and failed to steal the publishing money for a song they didn't write, again.
@@amx360 The point is clear. Kemo riipped off the Valenzuela family for there own profit yet a fellow artist like Little Richard didn't.
@@KevinHallSurfing How did Kemo rip off the Valenzuela family and good for Little Richard but so what?
Love zeppelin, but pay the royalties.
