Usually, musical combinations like this do not always work as well as this did. But this was superb.
I was wondering what Fred Astaire would have thought of the whole thing and have decided he would have - pardon - gotten a real kick out of it. It's not like he was totally against rock music. He went to go see an Alice Cooper show with Groucho - who was a close friend of Groucho. And being a really good drummer, himself how could he help but like Bonzo.

Led Zeppelin 1 came out the same year I dropped Acid for the first time in 1969. I'm 68 now. I was 13 then and that was the first album I ever bought. I used money from my paper route to buy it. That was my first trip to downtown Long Beach, CA by bus by myself to buy the album. So many times tripping in my bedroom listening to it. It was fifteen years later I got to meet Plant backstage at a Donovan concert at the Santa Monica Civic. He was in a wheelchair from a car accident and asked me to push him around. The rest of the band was in the audience. I was a production assistant for Fun Productions that put on the show in 1976(?) and this song was a part of that show.
Kudos to the producer of this video! I've done a few like this many years ago in the early days of youtube and it isn't easy.

I had tickets to see them in Atlanta when they had to cancel because of that accident! I was heartbroken! I should have kept the tickets but I had to return them and get my $11 (!!!) back cause I was also broke! Never got another chance to see the band but saw Plant many times and Page a couple of times, playing with other acts. And saw Jason Bonham's Zeppelin tribute in '22.

Random observation: has anyone noticed just how POLITE these two are to each other? Most movies these days have the characters acting like total jerks to each other, but Fred manages to actually be a *gentleman* while correcting someone, and Rita reciprocates.
It takes a rare kind of charisma, from both of them, to make being nice look that good, without the audience calling them boring.
