6:55 Nah, it will likely be a portal that you will have to do something specific to activate on the stage, which will send you "down that path"... kind of like a dedicated side-path.
This is kind of like how Dead Cells approaches some of it's DLC and side content. I just don't think they'll do a roguelike within a roguelike.
I assume it will work similarly to Isaac Repentances alt path in that you get new stages that lead you to an alternate final boss

Seems kind of similar to the void path where you have vields -> deep void -> planitarium, but with a traditional stage format, and probably more tiers

I used to be afraid, but I'm now more excited than anything. All of these look great and I really hope Gearbox taking their time is a covenant from within to make sure its high quality.

Im pretty sure the sniper is already "represented" in risk of rain 2 since the first DLC... even if she doesn't have the same name.

Really fun to jump up high to dodge and to get to higher ground.
Well i’m more likely playing arti and melting faces off but still, i enjoy single blink.
Single blink is okay early game but remember that the blinks scale with movement speed. Making the triple better later game. But just play with whatever loadout you find the most fun. That’s what it’s all about at the end of the day.
More achievements? Sign me up I can't wait to see what the update brings!

The free stage releasing looks nice, i just wish that there wasent over a yr between announcement and releasing of 15 dollar dlc, its so weird to me how slay the spire 2 can announce today and we'll have the beta for slay the spire 2 in much faster time period then announcing of seekers to release
I dont understand how it is weird for you, sts 2 is a 2d deck builder while ror 2 is a 3d action game.
Its a little bit harder to do animations in 3d than 2d but it is worrisome that we dont even have a release date for seekers of the storm when it has been 5 months of its announcement.

@@Shhhhh183 Children are the last phase in that species life cycle, it goes Parent -> Grandparent -> Child, and it's implied we killed all the children in ror1 and the others haven't had enough time to grow up yet
@@appleofdoom I know the phases of a parent, I just didn’t know how much time had passed between ror1 and 2. But that explains it, thanks.
So, it's not clear to me what the child is to the player. An enemy? an ally? a new surviver? It can dish damage. thats for sure
