Hey James! In regular cases its really owner preference, the only downside is you can't rebuild them. In this case, John's van is kind of our Research and Dev van! So this video was when he was testing them out!
A lot of nice stuff. Not off road but I use our 2013 170WB Sprinter to tow our boat and other trailers. That Rear Locker and those AMP steps need to be on our van. Is that possible?
Hey there Jimmy! It is 100% possible!! We can do both of those on the 2013! Email info@agileoffroad.com or give the shop a call at (619)-328-1297. Cheers!
I’ll be honest, I thought you guys spent most of your time polishing the van rather than using it but after watching this you guys use it, I mean really use it as advertised. I love to see beating up parts that are still structurally intact and will be for years to come. Like the Brunel bridge, 170 years old, still open and still transporting 2 million crosses a year. Good engineering is good engineering and the test of time is the ultimate test. Oh and Bend that bil on your cap bro, bend it good. Box fresh caps are pretty uncool if you ask the kids.
Thanks for the comment David! At Agile, our mission is to ensure that every part we advertise, is going to be reliable for you and your family! We love to test all of our products, to find any weaknesses and perfect them!
@@Agileoffroad every thing you do looks amazing, to see it used is rare but very much appreciated, you clearly don’t make van ornaments, you make things that look pretty and stand up to abuse. Perfect and worth the premium in my opinion. Thanks 👍
@agile offroad Sweet rig! Can you guys do a custom door spacer for bigger/wider wheels for an electric sliding door on my 2023 Sprinter Passenger? I know you make them for the manual sliding door. Thanks again!
Hey John, Do you have any road noise or vibration from the Baja Design XL Linkable light bar at low or high speeds? I was looking at the exact 8 light setup. Thanks
To be honest, We don't know! We partnered with Alcon to engineer a Brake Kit specifically for Sprinter Vans! It is one of our most utilized and best selling products! If you would like more info on the Brake Kit email info@agileoffroad.com Also, here is a link to our Big Brake Kit : agileoffroad.com/product/big-brake-kit-sprinter/ Cheers!
Great video! How does the transfer case handle the front/back axle ratio mismatch after switching the rear from 3.92 to 4.18? Is the planetary gear of the open center diff able to handle this on a sustained basis? Or do you now only run 4WD on short stretches (to not overload the transfer case too much)?
It is always a concern of ours BUT so far it's been great! It has sustained 300+ miles on highway 4WD (by accident haha!) With 30k miles with the Locker installed, we haven't encountered any issues!
I see the yellow struts, those are Bilsteins? Nice to explain why you also do those with your helper shocks.

Agile has made more than a few upgrades to our 2021 Revel. The Revel now performs significantly better and is safer to drive.
Tom, we are glad to hear the Revel is performing well! Stop by to say hello and throw on some more upgrades 😉😎
Nice video. Can’t wait to get out and explore again
Thank you! Hopefully we will see you down the road!
Awesome! Thanks for your videos! I can’t wait to get my Rip installed. What does this rig weigh and what pound rear springs?!

Great info and video!
Thank you Walter!

I swear I saw this exact van passing through my town. Did you guys pass through San Bernardino ?
Haha! We are located down in San Diego! We pass through there quite often!
With all that off roading, have you upgraded the plumbing in your Revel?
Nice video!
Thank you!!
