- An easier fix was shown in my previous video, this one is more thorough and required glue and more effort.
If you can fix this, you'll be able to fix nearly every possible problem with your window shades.

What do you think of connor murphy's recent "spiritual awakening". Dude used to practically be a straight up gym bro but nowadays, his latest videos on his channel "Connor Murphy Talks" seems to coincide at times with or sound similar to your old slogan of Fortress: body, mind, soul, spirit. One example is that he now talks about how physical fitness is a stepping stone to better spiritual health. His videos from 2 months ago are pretty short so it wouldn't take up much of your time.

My only problem with both of these is they're useful for expensive blinds, but I generally just put up $5 Wal-Mart blinds and if they break, oh well. It's less effort to just rebuy them at $5, as it's 1/2 hour of min wage work, if I spend 1/2 hour repairing them and they're likely to break again, it's a waste imo.

@@TheF0rtress BTW, one glue I've found actually works well for plastic parts is plumber's cement. Plumber's cement is actually solvents, so it will actually melt the two pieces of plastic together. It's the same as glue for plastic model kits. The other thing that's obviously better with any kind of gap repair is using clamps of some sort, too, instead of just your hands.
this guy should start streaming games or something with his 300 thousand subscribers would be good invesment instead of showing us how to fix shade rollers LOL
I think knowing how to fix a shade roller is a better life skill than getting your virtual 360 headshot.

@@okayokay12 That'd kind of be the antithesis to his channel. His channel's purpose was to get people working out and stop playing video games and wasting their lives on them, because working out is 1000x better for you than playing video games, and teaches you discipline, and keeps you healthier so you can help others and not be a burden on others with your ill health. (Not that playing video games is inherently sinful, imo, just on the scale of activities, it's not that beneficial to you, the same way spinach is more beneficial to you than candy.) But now he's on this weird thing where he thinks fitness is vanity but fixing material objects is not vanity because ????? At the end of the day, God doesn't care if you're shredded and jacked, fat, or if you have repaired $60 blinds or a bed sheet put up with thumb tacks covering your windows. His wife probably cares, but I don't think God does.
Anyway, still fixing blinds is more useful than video games as a generality. But I learned to build and repair PCs mainly because of video games, which imo is a more useful skill compared to fixing blinds. So it all depends.
