Hello Jessica and Oberlo, I would like to commend you for the very useful content that you put out on a regular basis. I have followed and learnt a lot from your advice, starting my own journey with dropshipping about a year back and would be very interested in sharing what I have learnt as well. I am happy to share that I have been able to generate in excess of US$800K in sales on Shopify in the last 8 months and hit nearly $250K in sales in Nov 2019. I have picked up and applied a lot of good teachings from Oberlo's videos and would love to pass it forward as well to other dropshippers through your channel.
Also I just wanna say, this video is so informative. I would say it's excellent information even compared to some courses I've bought in the past. Great interview and excellent job!

Hey there! Awesome question, but you will have to wait and see what videos are coming out next. We don't announce what videos we are going to release before we do but please keep an eye out. Thanks for the comment. 😀 -Kitana
Sounds like what you're looking for are expedited shipping options including DHL, UPS, and FedEx.In most cases at least one of these options is available, but they cost much more than the product itself and are not economical. Shipping cost and delivery time depend on which method you choose and which country you want to ship the products to. You can check them directly on every product page. Long delivery times might seem like a drawback to the business, but rest assured that as long as you are transparent about shipping times to your customers and they can track their orders, the longer delivery time frame is unlikely to pose significant problems. Hope this helps! 🙂 -Jasper
Thanks a lot! Paul gave a lot of useful information! Paul is handsome! But I still have one question. if the video has many views. How to find out when these views were? 8 months ago or a month ago? where to find the graph?
Even if you have a successful store in the first week with a hundred orders you will have to find the money to buy the goods from Ali Express because PayPal or whatever will not pay you immediately.
Yeah your cash flow management is really important. If you don't have any money in the bank then make sure you scale it up slowly. In the situation you mentioned though, you could also notify all the customers that there's a week delay with processing their order. As long as they're notified you should be fine, don't just ignore the issue and hope they wait
Hi there! That will depend on the payment gateway you're using. If you're using Shopify Payments your first order takes 7 days for the funds to be added to your account, you can do a test payment first to avoid this. After the first initial order it takes 2 days for the money to be added to your account. Again this will be different for each payment gateway. 🙂 -Kitana
I'm trying to start Dropshiping but I'm facing difficulties in getting the items delivered to US. Most of the item says "Can not deliver tu U.S" What to do even though Oberlo extension say epacket available. Upon opening the item there is no shipping with epacket. Can anyone help please ?
I love all the Interviews from you. I have a quadtion, I hope it will be answered, do you target by winning product verey especially? I mean when you target, you have a other option to target your Product verey closely and define it more accurately?
I would suggest looking into what type of customers buy that product and what they are interested in. Then try to target the same companies those customers are into. You can also check out our Facebook audience research video (bit.ly/3CLnpgE). 🙂 -Rio
Newbie question : When somebody order from my dropshipping store, am I the one who has to make every single one order to the supplier ?? Or is there a way it can be done automatically ?Thanks !
Hey there! Good question. When you get an order in your Shopify store you will need to log into the Shopify admin > Apps > Oberlo > Orders. Once on the orders page you will see the order and a "Order Product" button. Press the button and begin placing the order. Oberlo does have a bulk ordering feature you can check out by selecting all the orders you need to fulfill and then pressing the order button at the top of the screen. It will tell you how many orders you have selected. If you're not sure how to fulfill orders you can follow this help doc (bit.ly/2N32RZd). Let me know if you need anything else. 😀 -Kitana

You budget for samples as a cost of running the business. It's a legit cost for QA testing on your end, as well as product photos and videos. You're not going to run a good business without budgeting for various things like this for long, so might as well learn to budget now.
How the taxes work? I'm from Spain and I don't know where to pay the taxes or how the legal staf works, me being in Spain but selling in EEUU. I hope you understand what I want to ask.
Hey there! Awesome question. When it comes to taxes for your business every country has different laws, because of that we suggest reaching out to a tax expert who is local to you. They will be able to assist you with the right information based on where in Spain you live. Good luck. 😀 -Kitana
i have a question thats been on my mind for a while, and I noticed that Paul also mentioned it. He said that first he would buy 100, then 200 and then more and more. I have seen online companies do that and in my mind that isnt dropshipping is it. Hard dropshipping would be that every item shipped is from another main supplier, and not from your own stock... Or how is that?
Hi there! That is correct for the most part. If you warehouse products and ship them yourself, then you're not dropshipping. If you purchase 100 items ahead of time to get a discount, but the supplier still ships them as you sell, then that is still dropshipping. Additionally, if you purchase 100 items and then have them shipped to a 3rd party fulfillment center, you could consider that dropshipping as well. Hope that helps. 🙂 -Jasper
when killing an ad-set, is he talking about the total amount spent or the daily budget? if the latter, when do you decide. $15-$18 total amount spent seems to be too early for a product test, doesn't it?
I'm referring to the total amount spent on the adset! For my strategy, I only want to spend my ad budget on potential winners. And potential winners (in my experience) have sales in the first 1-2 days.
Hey there! Good question. This is referring to each ad set, not daily budget. The notion here is that if the ad set is not successful within that spend, then it is likely not to succeed and should be stopped. 🙂 -Jasper
I wonder if you can give some advice, in particular around pricing, I noted Paul’s comments about pricing of the ring but I am seeing a lot of negative feed back both in face book comments and also in my product review on my store where people are asking for my pricing policy because they can buy much cheaper on say amazon and suggest I am ripping people off. Is this just something that goes within the territory of drop shipping or am I doing something wrong, is it possible to remove the feedback from the store as I cannot seem to find a way. I have worked out how to hide the Facebook comments
Hey there! Excellent question. First and foremost, you're not ripping people off because you choose to retail a product at a higher price. Retailers have different prices all of the time. Your costs could be higher than the next retail store and in order to cover the costs of marketing, your price could be completely justifiable. That said, consider how much higher your price is than the next seller. Is your price fair? Is it competitive? If it isn't, consider adjustments. As a general rule, I never scrub comments. Whether you like it or not, that is media you earned and you should stand by it rather than hide from it. It's not ideal, but you'll also have positive reviews and feedback soon. Let it all mix together. 🙂 -Jasper
So when you say Paul made $112'000 in his first year of drop shipping are you talking between all his stores and then he got a fraction of that or did he actually profit $112'000?
i'm doing free trial i want to start dropshipping on shopify. what tool to find the winning product, how can i get good pictures of the product? Should i ask supplier to send or buy it? Thank you for your explain!
Hey Henry! Great question, the suppliers will already have their photos on the product page. You can contact the suppliers and ask them for other photos, but you might have to take your own photos if you're not happy with the ones they provide. Let me know if you have more questions. 😀 -Kitana
Hey there! I would say to use your own resources and knowledge to find the perfect product. You might have a better understanding about what young people want and what the next trend might be. Use the people around you and what they spend their money on to help with selecting a niche or product. Also what kind of things do you spend your money on as a teenager. Ask yourself and your friends these questions and it might help. 😀 -Kitana
Having a hard time putting together an “industry store”! Anybody can point me towards places where I can train myself/read up on/do my time learning etc to help myself.
What's there to get? industry store just means you are focusing on items specific to an industry. Eg. he mentioned pets and selling things not just to dogs, but to other pets too - cats, parrots, fish, hamsters.
@@Ninja-gr1fj Or just try it with organic traffic (commenting on instagram posts, interacting with the audience)! You can get sales without paying influencers as well :) Then start ads after you've got some traction
