i have this printer and i literally just cleaned the print heads a month ago and it’s again printing with streaky lines and discoloration- do you by any chance know what could be wrong? My ink tanks are completely full too
It's really just a printhead issue at the end of the day you'll just have to continue to do cleanings whether it's through the System Settings under maintenance or with the actual cleaning kit. I am assuming that you used.
According to the video, yes. Remember that the liquid used for cleaning removes all the ink from the head/print heads. You need the ink back for you to be able to print. That is where ink flush comes in. I can add to say it is really needed as it will remove this liquid you used for cleaning. Think of this as rinsing your laundry. Can somebody help me with where to buy these heads?
What does error 5205 actually mean on a Canon MB 2720? And, how do I "Cancel Printing" when I was scanning and copying directly on the printer and not using my computer? I don't see any way to cancel the print job. Thanks
To cancel the print job you would need to cancel it from the queue screen on your computer. To remove the code follow these instructions: Turn off the machine, and unplug the power cord of the machine from the power supply. Plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on.
@@BestPrinters I've already gone through the steps you suggested. I even tried that after leaving the printer unplugged overnight. I'm about to order an Epson 4850 all-in-one to replace this Canon. Thanks for your suggestion though.
That is possible yes, that's where you have to weigh the pros and cons of doing cleaning. Again while deep cleaning the error shows up again. Which means its not letting me to do the deep cleaning. What should i do ?
Hey, i hope you're still active on YT. I followed these steps to clean my print heads, however my black color is still having issues. I'm having to print with all colors because the black color prints with white vertical lines (faded lines) all across each print. Whenever i try to print in black only it comes out worse, it'd print for half the page with white lines then it would stop printing ink altogether. What do you think this would be? buy another solution bottle? (i used the whole bottle in one sit, used it mostly on the black).
