I absolutely enjoy that you leave a real life mess as I deal with that daily with a 4 yr old. I was surprised to hear that some people have negative comments in the past. I watch quite a few cleaning/ organizing/decluttering channels and yours is by far my favorite, so keep up your originality. You've already inspired me on how to organize my child's toys and pantry 😀

What the heck is wrong with people. I’m sorry people were / are like that leaving comments. I watch many cleaning videos and I haven’t judged one of them. Keep doing what you do...there are plenty of people that appreciate it....I pretty much never comment only any videos I watch on YT so remember there is a quiet bunch of us watching/listening who are happy for your content.

OMG - first, every pregnancy is different- and certainly everyone’s life, family and situations are different. Just keep being you! Some people comment that you’ve let your house go - while others complain you’re cleaning a clean house!!! It’s ridiculous so pay no attention to the negativity!!! Just be you and you’ll be fine!!
Exactly!! Just because pregnancy is tough on me, doesn’t mean everyone experiences it that way. Some people love it!! I love babies, but the process is not easy. I’m sooo grateful Sutton is here now and healthy and I am feeling mostly back to myself
Having some mess shows that you are putting your children first. If your house is immaculate then you are probably ignoring your children to get it like that. Being a good mom is worth more than a perfectly clean house is worth.
I will never understand why people watch content they don't like. My time is very valuable and I would never waste my time watching videos and then complaining about it as if though someone forced me to watch it 😂

I love your videos. I love how you show the whole (house explosion) that is what we call it here at our house. You are doing great. I had a emergency C and it was difficult. I had a good amount of issues with that pregnancy. Try to not let others dictate your feelings and remember you are blessed.
I hope this doesn’t seem rude to ask, but why do you clean your dishes before putting them in the dishwasher? I have only been living on my own for 2 years now so I’ve probably just been doing it wrong this whole time, but I normally just put them all straight into the dishwasher without cleaning them. I of course rinse large food particles off, but other than that, I let the dishwasher clean everything off for me. Is there a reason you are doing it that way?
I always rinse them first to get any food buildup off, mostly because I find that my dishwasher doesn’t always get all of that off and it totally grosses me out if I find a chunk of dried on food on a clean dish 😅 also I don’t run my dishwasher everyday, so if there is still food on there it stinks the dishwasher up!
First nobody should ever make you feel bad or post negative comments. You are a great mom and I love watching your videos. I bet it felt great to get everything back on track after your baby was born plus all the time you took to video and share it! I couldn’t do it😉
You make your videos the way you want. It is more real when you actually see a true clean video, rather than one that doesn't. People can be cruel and rude, but you stay true to how you want your videos to be and the others that dont goodbye. Thank you for keeping it all real!
My house is almost always tidy because I’m crazy like that. Just my personality. That being said, I still understand yours getting messy and don’t want you to worry about what people think!!! You are a remarkable young lady who works hard professionally and in your personal life doing your best to be a good wife and mother. I think you’re doing a great job!!! And I was thrilled every time you said you weren’t going to just stick something in a cabinet or drawer. I don’t keep much excess stuff and it makes a house so much easier to maintain. Your new baby is precious; you have two beautiful precious boys!!!
A cheap and easy upgrade for the kitchen would be painting the backsplash. They make tile paint and it could help to freshen up the space. You can also spray paint the handles of the cabinets as well!
There are always some who have to be negative. They make us feel less than. Fight that. You are doing great. Everyone's home has cleaning lapses. You also have the right to live any way you want. I figure as long as your family is fed and clothed that's a win.

I know what you mean about being surrounded by cardboard. I sell on eBay though, so I purposely save boxes and packing materials. Maybe you could put an ad on facebook marketplace for free boxes. Or just put them outside for people to take. The only downside to that would be that your neighbors would know everything you're buying. Things like electronics boxes might make you a target for being robbed. Just a thought.

I don't usually comment but really wanted to say thank you for showing your mess. I'm 3 weeks postpartum and feeling bad about my mess but this made me feel so much better.
I appreciated that you shared the reality of the beginnings -- it made it all the more motivational in tackling difficult spots in my own home. And yes to the enormous amounts of cardboard! Thankfully I can take what I don't use to the recycling center.
I hate that you have to explain yourself and your decisions so much and people will eat you alive if you don’t. Wish we could just be moms/parents and do what we know is best for our kids!

For a while I was hesitant on subscribing to your channel because I wasn't sure if you were someone I would enjoy watching. This video gave me the "go" because you showed the reality of what most homes look like. Specially post birth. I have 2 children (4 and 2) and am 20 weeks pregnant. I will be the first to say, I wish my home always looked presentable and was so amazingly "clean" like some RUclipsrs, but it's not I'm human. Ultimately, what annoys me about other RUclipsrs when they do "clean with me videos is that the house is already clean. Not sure if that's do to them being super nity or if it's because they had a cleaning services come by not so long ago. With that being said, ignore the haters, most of the time those talking out of their behinds have nothing to show for them selfs. Keep it real and honest and congratulations on the baby! Take your time recovering and tackling your everyday activities/chores! Our kids grow in a blink of an eye, the cleaning can wait a little 😉

Never be ashamed. Sh*t happens. My house looks cluttered but with 9 ppl in a 3br house I get it. My kitchen explodes when deep cleaning. I am pregnant with number 8,also high risk, so my place looks messy too. People will hate but life happens.
People are so crap. Like WTH. Thank you for being real. My house gets like this and I don't even have kids. People are so rude. I prefer the realistic videos. I like knowing I'm not alone. Someone's I feel like I'm the only adult who can't get their house in order 24/7. It's nice to see that it's normal and I'm not the outlier. Thank you so much for sharing with us. And screw those people. They need to grow up and get over themselves.
We all have messes for different reasons, nothing to be ashamed of. I have a mess because of being a caregiver and also mourning the loss of my mom who passed LAST March and I'm just now feeling well enough to tackle it. I also had a bad back injury from trying to lift her during her final days. And trying to be gentle with myself because of that too and not going overboard with exerting myself. I'm glad you and others are brave enough to share your messes and cleaning tips with us. Let's all support each folks and not judge. Any one judging needs to take a good look at themselves and keep quiet! Good job Catherine. It's not easy to recover from a major surgery, sending love and understanding to you.
Pregnancy is hard. You’re growing a little human and that right there is beautiful. Who cares if you have to take a break from house work. My kids love to grab all the blankets and pillows off of everyone’s beds to make forts. Also, I love the owl diffuser super cute!

Congratulations! Sorry you had such a hard pregnancy and then C section. Dont over do it you have slow recovery for your body and you have a new born who needs lots of attention. If people dont live with you they should keep their awful comments to themselves. We as woman go through so much with pregnancy, children, and taking care of husbands and homes 24/7. So we need to build one another up because we all have hard times and struggles. You do what you can and dont need to explain yourself because we watch because you do good content. Doing RUclips is hard work just within it self so you worked even feeling so sick with your pregnancy. You are doing best you can and that's enough. Take care, and enjoy that adorable baby!

I'm not pregnant but I have 6 people living in my home and im literally the only one that does anything around here and my house gets bad at times. I can't keep up. Dont ever feel ashamed of it because you are human. Its going to happen. If you pre cleaned your house before doing a cleaning video I would feel youre fake and I wouldnt watch. And im sure many others wouldn't either. WAY too many people do that and they are FAKE and dishonest!

Be kind to yourself, living in cold winters doesn't help when you are trying to get things done you are in your house for months, I live in the northeast so I know well how things stop in the winter months, and it can become difficult, not much gets done as far as upgrades but add the contracting issues and stock low and prices rising makes it impossible. I starting cleaning out my house just prior to the pandemic since I want to move and had to stop I could not bring anyone in to take things or do the things to prepare to put your house of for sale. I shipped furniture to my niece and was left with 1 chair a kitchen set and tons of boxes packed. At this point I will have to go back through all of them again. Ignore those that judge, they don't live your life and those they compare you to have so much space to move around in and are settled in homes with no work to be done. Your channel is real life! I get bored watching perfect houses a little messed up! You have a adorable house, it is smaller than you wanted and that makes it harder to organize especially pregnant. You have done amazing things so far, paint makes a huge difference. All will come together, just be patient and enjoy the boys! Soon you will be able to be outside and enjoy that backyard. One of the best apps for our grandkids is Disney plus which includes Pixar, marvels, star wars and national geographic. It was really great when the pandemic hit because they put new movies on the channel for the kids as theaters were closed. The 3 grandkids that are always at my home are between 6 and 12 and they are all still blanket hogs! I keep 2 blankets for each kid out to use and the rest are put up or gone to charities. Our 6 year old grandson lives with us since he was 9 months old. We have not put a TV in his room but I have been thinking I might have to as he is starting to love games so birthday or Christmas this year we may have to as I don't want to have it going in family room every evening. Also my husband tends to be drawn into it more if it is in family room.
My husband is gone for ten days so I’m doing an extreme clean and declutter. It’s hard to stay motivated but l’m making progress. Your video is motivating so thank you!

I love your comment about how your house is not perfect and some other youtubers have perfect houses . You go girl,you live in the real world . iam 60 now, i always tried to have a nice house then kids came along , and the mess drove me mad . As they have left I started not throwing anything out and it built up then my mother passed away 14 years ago and went into a deep depression and anxiety. Three years ago decided that it can't hoard anymore and slowly doing it ,every six months if I don't use it ,it goes. Still going through the process. Take no notice of bad comments ,they are missing something in their lives and just have to be mean.
I personally don't think there's anything wrong with your son having a TV in his bedroom over here in the UK practically every child has a TV in their room, haters will hate xx

A cheap and easy upgrade for the kitchen would be painting the backsplash. They make tile paint and it could help to freshen up the space. You can also spray paint the handles of the cabinets as well!
There are always some who have to be negative. They make us feel less than. Fight that. You are doing great. Everyone's home has cleaning lapses. You also have the right to live any way you want. I figure as long as your family is fed and clothed that's a win.

I know what you mean about being surrounded by cardboard. I sell on eBay though, so I purposely save boxes and packing materials. Maybe you could put an ad on facebook marketplace for free boxes. Or just put them outside for people to take. The only downside to that would be that your neighbors would know everything you're buying. Things like electronics boxes might make you a target for being robbed. Just a thought.

For a while I was hesitant on subscribing to your channel because I wasn't sure if you were someone I would enjoy watching. This video gave me the "go" because you showed the reality of what most homes look like. Specially post birth.
I have 2 children (4 and 2) and am 20 weeks pregnant. I will be the first to say, I wish my home always looked presentable and was so amazingly "clean" like some RUclipsrs, but it's not I'm human.
Ultimately, what annoys me about other RUclipsrs when they do "clean with me videos is that the house is already clean. Not sure if that's do to them being super nity or if it's because they had a cleaning services come by not so long ago. With that being said, ignore the haters, most of the time those talking out of their behinds have nothing to show for them selfs. Keep it real and honest and congratulations on the baby! Take your time recovering and tackling your everyday activities/chores! Our kids grow in a blink of an eye, the cleaning can wait a little 😉

We all have messes for different reasons, nothing to be ashamed of. I have a mess because of being a caregiver and also mourning the loss of my mom who passed LAST March and I'm just now feeling well enough to tackle it. I also had a bad back injury from trying to lift her during her final days. And trying to be gentle with myself because of that too and not going overboard with exerting myself. I'm glad you and others are brave enough to share your messes and cleaning tips with us. Let's all support each folks and not judge. Any one judging needs to take a good look at themselves and keep quiet! Good job Catherine. It's not easy to recover from a major surgery, sending love and understanding to you.
Pregnancy is hard. You’re growing a little human and that right there is beautiful. Who cares if you have to take a break from house work. My kids love to grab all the blankets and pillows off of everyone’s beds to make forts. Also, I love the owl diffuser super cute!

Congratulations! Sorry you had such a hard pregnancy and then C section. Dont over do it you have slow recovery for your body and you have a new born who needs lots of attention. If people dont live with you they should keep their awful comments to themselves. We as woman go through so much with pregnancy, children, and taking care of husbands and homes 24/7. So we need to build one another up because we all have hard times and struggles. You do what you can and dont need to explain yourself because we watch because you do good content. I'm not pregnant but I have 6 people living in my home and im literally the only one that does anything around here and my house gets bad at times. I can't keep up. Dont ever feel ashamed of it because you are human. Its going to happen. If you pre cleaned your house before doing a cleaning video I would feel youre fake and I wouldnt watch. And im sure many others wouldn't either. WAY too many people do that and they are FAKE and dishonest!

Be kind to yourself, living in cold winters doesn't help when you are trying to get things done you are in your house for months, I live in the northeast so I know well how things stop in the winter months, and it can become difficult, not much gets done as far as upgrades but add the contracting issues and stock low and prices rising makes it impossible. I starting cleaning out my house just prior to the pandemic since I want to move and had to stop I could not bring anyone in to take things or do the things to prepare to put your house of for sale. I shipped furniture to my niece and was left with 1 chair a kitchen set and tons of boxes packed. At this point I will have to go back through all of them again. Ignore those that judge, they don't live your life and those they compare you to have so much space to move around in and are settled in homes with no work to be done. Your channel is real life! I get bored watching perfect houses a little messed up! You have a adorable house, it is smaller than you wanted and that makes it harder to organize especially pregnant. You have done amazing things so far, paint makes a huge difference. All will come together, just be patient and enjoy the boys! Soon you will be able to be outside and enjoy that backyard. One of the best apps for our grandkids is Disney plus which includes Pixar, marvels, star wars and national geographic. It was really great when the pandemic hit because they put new movies on the channel for the kids as theaters were closed. The 3 grandkids that are always at my home are between 6 and 12 and they are all still blanket hogs! I keep 2 blankets for each kid out to use and the rest are put up or gone to charities. Our 6 year old grandson lives with us since he was 9 months old. We have not put a TV in his room but I have been thinking I might have to as he is starting to love games so birthday or Christmas this year we may have to as I don't want to have it going in family room every evening. Also my husband tends to be drawn into it more if it is in family room.

I love your comment about how your house is not perfect and some other youtubers have perfect houses . You go girl,you live in the real world . iam 60 now, i always tried to have a nice house then kids came along , and the mess drove me mad . As they have left I started not throwing anything out and it built up then my mother passed away 14 years ago and went into a deep depression and anxiety. Three years ago decided that it can't hoard anymore and slowly doing it ,every six months if I don't use it ,it goes. Still going through the process. Take no notice of bad comments ,they are missing something in their lives and just have to be mean.
