COME BACKKKK!!!
Hope you makes content again, I really learned alot from your videos.
Just stopping by to tell you that you teach so well! I am living and working in korea and your videos helped me so much
This was a great video, nobody really puts out this kind of nuanced content. I know you said you are not sure about the future of this channel, but I truly hope that you keep it up because you are a great teacher!
If you have trouble with growth, you should experiment with shorts, or live lessons, or maybe doing a Q&A type of video where people can submit questions beforehand. What about reviewing a popular drama and breaking down some short clips with interesting interactions? There's a lot you could do, but it is absolutely fine if you don't want to. I just hope you stay :)
I feel so sad to have just discovered your channel now, only to see you haven’t uploaded in 2 years. I hope you’re doing well!
Your content is perfect in explanations while catering to an intermediate audience in an over saturation of beginner content on the internet.
Thank you for these videos.
You are 100% right that there is an overabundance of beginner Korean learning content on RUclips (and everywhere else). The difference between 은/는 and 이/가 can only be explained so many times hahaha. THIS is exactly the sort of content that I find enjoyable. I follow several Korean language-related channels, but your content is consistently my favourite and has been the most helpful to me since moving to Seoul.
I hope you comeback. I’ve only found your channel last week and your explanations are always the best.
Omg I'm in love with that kind of lessons (which are more in the intermediate/advance side). Can't wait for another one!
I’m still waiting for ur update😭
I wonder why you stopped making videos. They're the best ones around
감사합니다 ㅠㅠㅠ I thought you would stop posting. Anyways, that was really helpful 쌤☺️
Hey Noona, I just subscribed to your channel. 😊👋 I am from Singapore watching and learning Korean from you. 🇸🇬👍🇰🇷
And when the world needed her the most, she returned!
다시 오세요!
YES! thank you for more intermediate level stuff! Also even levels of development within the massive intermediate category.
Thank you for your lessons I appreciate it a lot please don't stop...
This lesson makes me wonder if emphasizing words is the same between different languages. For example in English if I hear: "The weather is nice today." If the word WEATHER is emphasized, the nuance is probably that non-weather things are not nice today. If I hear an emphasized TODAY, the nuance is probably that the weather has not been nice other days. Is this part of the English language or is it more universal? If you stress these words in a similar sentence in Korean, is there any similar nuance?
Great as always~
love lessons like this thankyou queen💗
샘선생늠 만드러준 비디오 마다 최고 인것같아요~ 만약에 앞으로 계속 이 수업 캍은 비디오 해주면 좋겠는데요. 감사합니다
Thank you !!
와...재밌네요. 이렇게 좋은ㅋㅋ 채널 더 키워보세요~ 응원합니다!!!
Thank you. This was definitely helpful.
So good to find new lessons again!
nice video and really helpful!
IMPORTANT: Please read till the end.
Hey, I love your videos explaining the Korean Pronunciation. You always make things simple and your channel is the best for learning Korean Pronunciation. I have come such a long way, thanks to your videos!
Currently I’m struggling with the complex vowels and I was wondering if you can make a video explaining the pronunciation of All Korean Diphthongs… I have been trying for a while but can’t seem to get their pronunciation right no matter how much I try.
Thanks again for everything! My best wishes to you.
Thank you! This was very helpfull.
Ahhhh this was an amazing video!!! Thanks so much! Can't wait to see more videos like these. 😍
아... 어쩐지... I thought what's distinguish between yes/no questions and 5w1h questions in Korean is their sentence endings.
Like -한가요 -하나요 -할까요 or -하는거예요
쌤, 이번 영상도 정말 정말 도움이 됐어요 저 한테 ㅠㅜ Your explanation are always detailed and understandable... 감사합니다
Very interesting information. Thank you for this.
재미있고 도움이 되는 강의 감사합니다!
I'm so happy I found your channel!!! Please keep the content going! I would love to know if there's some way we can support your channel besides subscribing and liking
I just want to clarify, 언제 isn't necessarily an exception and can be used like the rest, but I just didn't think it was as common. :P Also, is it just me or do you hear a faint ringing sort of sound throughout the video? Was the audio weird or am I the one being weird?
I noticed that sound too, it seemed like some sort of faint feedback from the microphone.
yeah it sounded like something was going on in the background but it didn't make listening difficult
I didn’t hear anything.
Yes! I sounded like an old phone ringing in another room! Maybe from your neighbors upstairs? Or an audio glitch with your mic?
@@begloz Yep just tested it and it's a problem with the mic I bought a few days ago🥲
This lesson is great. Easy to digest thanks to the good explanations and very useful
Wow! Sssssoooooo insightful! Ssssoooo interesting too. Thank you for teaching me something new and meaty.
1:50 the difference between "who ate this?" and "did someone eat this?" is that the first is far more inquisitive !
Like " i know that the culprit is one of you guys !!hahah ! " while the second sentence means that may be it is not one of you ,, may be the cat is the real culprit ( if it was a cheesecake no doubt the cat is guilty ;=)
are the intentions the same in corean ? to be less agressive with the second version , and more bossy (or angry mom) with the first ?
thank you for the video ,, nice window opened on the corean dayly life, love it =0)
Yes I would agree the "who ate this" in Korean also sounds a bit more aggressive 😆
Nice
Very well explained. It’s all in the emphasis…thanks
Thank you so much for the lesson. I'm your new subscriber, hoping to see more videos in the future as well ✨
이분의 영어로 하는 한국어 설명은 그 자체가 즐길만한 소재라 자주 본다. 핵심을 간단 명료하게 정말 똘똘하신 분. Overwhelmingly brilliant!
aaaa thank you so much, I learned new things from this video :)
love from INDONESIA
I loved the new video. P.S. first time I've seen you with this hair style.....looks great
I really love your videos! Emphasizing certain words also changes the nuance in spanish, so your video shows me that Korean has that flexibility too and not everything is as the books say 😅
선생님 맞아요. 중급위해선 배우는게 초급것보다 많지 않네요. 이런것 차이가 잘 몰라서 이 영상이 정말 도음이 됐어요. 감사합니다.
누가를 쓰는 문장은 차이가 아는건 제일 어려운 것 같아요. 항상 누가 질문을 물어본다고 생각했어요. 이제 더 쉽게 알 수 있어요! 중급 레선 계속 만들면 제가 정말 좋겠어요!
Sister your video so helpful.. 🌹🌹🌹
Thank you so much 💓 your videos help me alot + can you or anyone else please answer this questions, why does the sound of ㅅ changes when we combine it with ㅕor ㅑ
ease of pronunciation

WHERE DOID MY KOREAN SAM GO????????
I came across this usage of 뭐 etc for the first time only quite recently, so it's very helpful to have a video explaining it. How does this compare with words like 뭔가/무엇인가, 어딘가, 언젠가 and 누군가? Are they the same and interchangeable with the "something", "somewhere" etc usages that you explained here?
They can sometimes be interchangeable, but in my experience 뭔가/어딘가/언젠가/누군가 are not as commonly used for asking questions like the ones in the video because the -ㄴ가 also implies a question/guess. 누군가 내 빵을 먹었어요. 누가 내 빵을 먹었어요. Both sentences work, but I think here 누군가 makes the culprit sound a bit more mysterious lol (someone, I don't know who, ate my bread). And if you say 언젠가 한번 만나자, to me it sounds like your intentions to meet are a lot weaker because you're stating outright that the "when" is unknown (let's meet sometime in the future, I don't know when). But that's just my 느낌 😄
@@YourKoreanSaem your 느낌 is so important! Us learners do not have the same 느낌 resource, so thank you for adding some color to how these words actually land when used in real life
@@YourKoreanSaem Thank you for explaining!
@@biggydrink haha yes, 느낌 is something you won't usually find in a textbook and we learners don't have naturally 😅
I'm wondering, how do you recommend a Korean beginner to start out? I think it would be most logical to start out with Hangul, but after that.
우와, 오랜만에 영상을 올려주셔서 너무 너무 감사해요. Go billy korean하고 같이 촬영하신 영상을 봤을 때 "다시 올리기 시작했으면 좋겠다"라고 생각했어요. 그리고 진짜 재미있는 주제예요. 하지만 카톡 문자로만 연락하면 의미를 어떻게 구별할 수 있는지 잘 모르겠어요.
한국인도 가끔 구별 못 해요! ㅎㅎㅎ
there doesn't seem to be much about the (으)래 form online... is the 왜 그래 an example of this? i hear it a lot, "why are you like that? or is this different
I beleive that is a contraction of the word 그렇게, which is just 그렇다+게
😛💘
What if I'm texting? How can I make this distinction through text message?
It's hard to make the distinction. You have to use your gut 😅
Your Korean Saem do you can advice me something ?
*advise
It's so similar to Polish that it is actually scary😁
