I’m a big aquarium person and my heart was sad today when I read about the aquarium breaking in Berlin and 1500 fish died. It’s also ironic the store next to the aquarium in the hotel is called Freywille. Gonna have that song stuck in my head all day lol. RIP 🐠

We JUST visited Berlin 🇩🇪and in the ‘things to do’ there popped up this giant free standing aquarium.. but I have this weird thing with large bodies of water being in places they shouldn’t (you know other than rivers/ocean etc)..so I said no way to going there.
Well that’s aquarium just burst!!!!!
Today! So seeing you at an aquarium was so eerie.

I will never understand why people don’t travel in comfort 👔 I get feeling out of place but then I just remember I would rather be practical and comfortable.. than breaking my neck in heels or having my stomach hurt because of dress slacks (trousers) etc just to appease a certain image. It take me a second and then I remember they’re the ones that are silly for being dressed to the 9s.

Gald you were able to enjoy the Monterey Bay Area. 17 Mile drive has beautiful views and the aquarium is one of the best in the world. I remember staying over at the aquarium and sleeping next to the jellyfish. They have super fun experiences.

Looks like you had a great time in Cali. Makes me miss home. I grew up in the East Bay, but my mom's uncle lived off of the 17 mile drive. We used to go visit him once a year and do the drive, I hope you saw some sea lions.

The Mexican restaurant is el cántaro and the breakfast spot with the cool bathrooms is called Julia’s. It’s vegetarian but they can make almost anything vegan.

Hey guys, amazing video🥰Is the Monterey Bay Aquarium a rehab aquarium? Because the little sea lions make me sad😢
This aquarium is well known for rehab & research. Everyone there has a story, you should totally look into their background. They do amazing work & they’re a non-profit. But there are no sea lions at the aquarium.
I think maybe you are talking about the otters?
@@ShelbiMadison Yeah haha, I meant the otters. The octopus’ make me sad too, they are highly intelligent creatures. I just don’t think they should be locked up like a zoo, but I will do more research in to this aquarium to see if they release them or how they handle the ethics
@@torihawkins7100 yes all these animals are rehabilitated in some way and they all have their stories posted. I didn’t go to zoos/aquariums back in Texas because I disagree with them but this aquarium is more like a marine sanctuary.
