- Is Boracay Island MORE Than Just A Beach?
I think I spent too much time in Boracay, as 2 days is more than enough. Bust since we couldn't get a cheap plane off the island, we decided to change hotels to Iligan Beach and explore more of Boracay Island. Honestly, I thought Boracay was just a beach, but not taking a flight out forced me to explore more of the island. I got to see life in Filipino villages, enjoy more beaches than just Station 1, and to eat amazingly delicious Filipino food!
If you are planning on traveling to Boracay Island, do yourself a favor and leave Station 1 and explore the island! There is so much to see and explore! Boracay travel can be a lot of fun if you take the time to plan excursions away from the mainstay tourist areas. Boracay Island is more than just a beach, A LOT MORE!

Boracay is a lot more than just a beach! There is a hidden culture here with so much delicious food and wonderful people!

Looooooool! Stay away from those trees! Lol Otherwise, you should definitely go! Your money will stretch so far out there and everywhere you look, there is amazingly delicious food. Would be a great family trip!!
