One thing that bloggers forget to mention is the sea/water. Boracay water is calm - No smashing waves or undertow. Clear - You can see your toes while standing up. Sandy- Free of big rocks. Gradual descent. And most of all, warm waters.
The best time to go to Boracay, when the sun is out and the waters are in its absolute bluest is around November-February. If you come during the summer (March-May), it's the algae season and the water is greenish.
Aww don't feel lonely Mr Gabi being by yourself gives you the power to experience places purely with no external distractions. You're so lucky to have visited Boracay but I didn't see you get your blessings in the ocean!!! Please make sure you do since waters there are truly magical and made me fall in love with Boracay! 😊
Boracay is beautiful one of the best island of the world but Philippines have a lot beautiful islands like Palawan and more just explore the Philippines Luzon Visayas Mindanao you will experience the greatest islands here 🥰
Really nice video man. Boracay looks absolutely stunning, and this was the best video I ever saw about Boracay and shows much more than that one beach.
That was one of the best videos I have seen of Boracay. Great quality, great editing, great storytelling. Actually inspiring for someone thinking of visiting there. Thank you Gabi.
Gabi, it was so, so beautiful and I also liked the t-shirt collection at that t-shirt shop! I agree, the coconut palms along the white sandy beach were spectacular!
I love Boracay, it's my go-to place if I want to get away from it all. It's only an hour's flight from Cebu, where I live. But I stay away from White Beach when I'm there because it's very touristy and the touts really annoy me. I always stay in Boracay Newcoast, it's an upscale resort development in Yapak with condos and luxury hotels and is definitely worth the cost. I was there as soon as the island opened during the pandemic, and I had a really great time. Aside from getting a good deal on a hotel, the island is very quiet, so I ended up extending my stay for a week. It's certainly one of the best holidays of my life, and just what I needed at that time.
Mr. Gabi: Welcome to Boracay Island, The Philippines this weekend today’s in April of 2023.There are many remarkable beaches, restaurants, hotels, resorts, coconut trees, palm trees, etc. in April of 2023.Boracay Island is just a remarkable Paradise in the Philippines for all tourists to visits in 2023❤❤❤
Hey. I've been to the Philippines a few times. My top tip, if you don't mind, is to not try and 'do' all of it in one go. It covers a massive area and takes a lot of travel time to get around. Do it in chunks, if you can. The food is a bit hit and miss, but you can't go wrong with the roadside BBQ places of chicken and pork. Be prepared to be invited to birthdays, weddings, christenings etc. Filipinos are insanely friendly!! Hope you have a great time!
@@David-le7jy I've been coming to Thailand since 1991 and was married to a Thai woman for 15 years. I've done a lot of exploring of Thailand and know that there is no way I'll see everything in a short 30-day trip to the Philippines. I am going to see how well I like the Philippines in comparison to Thailand. Once living there, I'll have all the time in the world to explore the country. Food has never been a problem for me, and the friendly people are the reason I'm thinking of moving there. But thanks for the tips.
Please explore the mainland. There are several beaches and cold spring resorts. Hinugtan beach is another white beach . It is new and only a few or no foreigners really know it. There is also a white sand dunes that only a few locals know. Appreciate if you can showcase it. 🇨🇦🇵🇭

I went to Boracay in 2008 and found it too over developed, even back then. The amount of hassle you'd get by sellers was too stressful, but hopefully that's changed? That said, the beach itself is out of this world. If you get up early enough, you really see it for what it is, truly stunning. Thanks for another great vid, Gabi!
@@ridewithgabi that's only at the path but they're no longer allowed on the beach unlike used to. this has been enforced as per new regulations after the shutdown
I visited Boracay back 1970's. You only had 3 resorts on the island. Fridays was one of them. We rented a kubo by the beach owned by this filipino family of three. They cooked for us bought food from Katiclan and brought food back each day of our stay. We walked around at night with kerosene lamps and flashlights! Gabi Puka beach was only accessible by pumpboat to get there from the beach area. No unpaved roads yet, just unspoiled island. I am happy I did. I don't think visiting it now would be interesting as much to me. Gabi thank you for the vlog. Really meaningful and the vids of the inner Boracay and how the locals are living on the island, made it really educational. I am very pleased seeing Boracay with a different lens. 👍
Went to Boracay in 1991. Nothing but a few beach bungalows and a couple beach bars. It was absolute paradise. Still looks nice but probably too crowded for me now but I'm sure the nightlife has many more options. There definitely was not a Starbucks in 1991...haha.
Hello enjoy explore paradise island in Boracay the view sunset so beautiful your hotel nice u visite elnido Palawan the best island also in the Philippines god bless stay safe
The green seaweed you mentioned is a phenomenon that occurs yearly during the dry season or summer period in different areas of Boracay. Feb to March then disappears around end of May.

So Gabi I was just in Boracay from March 7 until the 25 and I also stayed at Paradise Gardens in the "SH Suites" as you did as well until I departed to Manila, Burgos St. area for a week. Boracay was a pleasure to stay for so long, my only displeasure was all the seaweed that was building up over time on the beach and made swimming difficult. As I understand it from the locals, this is normal during March until April but this amount was very unormal. All in all 18 days or longer on Boracay Island is doable especially as cheap as it can be to vacation if you know where to eat and sleep on the cheap through experience. Looks like we missed each other on Boracay and in Makati City, as it would have been a pleasure to meet up with you to say hello.
