• Connection Tips:
• Read the instruction Booklet and download the app from the QR code for your device.
• Set up your account and follow the step-by-step instructions.
• Have Location Services, Bluetooth and Wifi on. Wifi connection is 2.4 GHz
My Wifi system is Eero mesh, and it worked easy for me. I do have the option to temporarily set to just 2.4, but I did not need to do that for this set up.

I agree, they did a nice job with the probes and main unit! Not sure if you have their X10, but it is the best instant read I have used. Cheers!

Does your right side usb-c connection work to say charge your phone. Mine does not, I have contacted them through email numerous times but no response….this is why I believe people are also frustrated with Chefstemp as a whole

I haven’t tried to use the connection yet, but will see what mine does. So far, I have not had any issues with mine working the way I use it and just got the mini probe to test as well! Cheers!

@@beers-jackofbbq I just heard back from chefstemp, they said right side port does not support charge for Apple devices….very disappointed as all my devices are Apple.

Fortunately for me, this worked as easy as it could. I even tried multiple things that people were saying they had trouble with and it always connected for me? So you should contact them for help. Cheers!

I’ve just had replacement one from ChefsTemp after my review one they sent stopped connecting with Bluetooth.
