In this video I'm trying a new format - reacting to myself teaching at a masterclass. So recently I had a Zoom class with Masters Ballet Academy students on making Arabesque better and improving Back Elasticity and Mobility. I enjoyed the process a lot but will I enjoy watching myself demonstrating all of the exercises and making corrections? Or will it be very cringey? Watch this video to find out how I did and how the students did as well as to see some of the deeper explanations of certain exercises and the stories of how they appeared in my life.

Students so lucky with teacher so gorgous and professional of course! I think there should be a very large TV set about 75~85" for observing all students very well. Whatever, I wish for Maria have a nice lessons and stay good and cool as ever

I do not notice how long you have English Subtitle for your RUclips video Channel, but for you, who speak very good, and very clear English, to provide Closed Caption ,when some RUclips Channels (I won't name them)who should provide C.C.,but won't. 👏👍🤗❤💖🤩🙏
Her English is better than many native speakers, indeed. However... I think all videos should be Close Captioned, it makes it accessible for people who are Deaf, and also if you aren't able to listen/use sound, you can still watch the video. 💖

I am 3 months after lower back surgery ,can I do This ?
depends what kind of surgery you had. If you have metal implants like rods and screws, it’s probably not possible
Depends on your surgery. I had a one level fusion (L5S1) and my Dr gave me the ok at 4 months. Everyone is different and your doctor should be the one to tell you what you can do.
