I love Plusle and Minun those are my favorite pikachu clones. The evolution mechanic ensures that almost all Pokemon lines are created with both cuteness and coolness/beautiful in mind. Charmander is cute Charizard is cool. Larvitar is cute Tyranitar is cool. Ralts is cute Gallade is cool Gardevoir is beautiful. Shinx is cute Luxray is cool. Sewaddle is cute Leavanny is beautiful. These are just a few of hundreds of examples
Dedenne, sprigatito, shinx, clodsire, espurr would’ve been on my list, but I’m happy to see my other two favourites Vulpix and Eevee at the top! Alolan Vulpix beats Kanto Vulpix though.
Whimsicott not being on this list is BLASPHEMY! They are the epitome of cute! a "little guy" with stubby limbs, a big cute smile, and a huge bushy head of hair! What's not to love!!
