@PinkScience14 sure Espurr looks like an emotionless husk in the games, but the anime and mystery dungeon game showed they are the opposite. Especially that episode with Emma, Mimi was sooo cute and loyal, and I loved the she curled up in the chair to sleep

I find Kantonian Vulpix to be just a little bit cuter than Torchic. Totally just an opnion, though. Quilava is also just slightly cuter to me.
Deino is the cutest Dragon-type to me. Something about it is so adorable and I can't explain it. Dratini and Axew are close seconds.
Umbreon is the cutest Dark-type imo.
Chikorita and Rowlet are equally cute in my eyes, but Sprigatito is really giving them a run for their money.
Rockruff is definitely the cutest Rock-type, and I think Tyrunt is the second cutest.
Agreed on Alolan Vulpix, this Pokemon is impossibly adorable.
Agreed on Sylveon. I'm actually more of a tomboy, but I have a soft spot for cute things. I actually didn't like its design when it was first revealed- I thought it was TOO cutesy, but now it's one of my favorites.
Furret is the cutest Normal-type IMO.
Obviously this is all opinion, I just think lists are fun and I'm procrastinating on my day off. lol

Harsh Times finally!!! Someone else who didn’t forget about him!!! Probably one of the reasons why I love Oshawott and Dewott is because they are based on my favourite animals (The river otter and the Asian small clawed otter) but seriously, I thought I was the only one who didn’t forget about him, let alone be one of the only people who still care for it (Sorry if I use him instead of it when I talk about Oshawott, I just always associate Oshawott with a boy)

Mimikyu and Litwick are equal in my heart with Litwick evolving into Chandelure, one of my all time favourites and Mimikyu because its just so sad yet sweet.
To be honest Litwick is obvious choice to me, but cannot lie, I really love Mimikyu too
