Just when I think I'm convinced I should let EV Electric convert my 64 sunroof to electric I see a video and hear the sound of a well build type 1. They are one of a kind.
EP would be cool to. I want to do something old school and out of the box. There is a turbo on just about everything built today so why not go back to Old school speed with a Supercharger. I seen the AMR500 build but ever thing looked home made I want to build something that elegant and classy but not hide the true VW motor. after a few month it was build. we didn't get it done till late last yr so this yr I hope to have more video and kind a vlod on how the car is doing.
I'm saying this as a Engineer not a RUclips know it all. The idler pulley in a setup like that should go CLOSEST to the smaller diameter driven pulley as opposed to the larger, drive pulley. Hope that helps, SARGE.
What a carb setup did you use? Does it make enough boost for a 1915? How did you mount it? I’m looking to do the same thing, but was told it’s too small of a S/C for the displacement.
Didn't know you could run the Amr500 on a 1915, always thought it was more for 1600 cc minimum. How exactly does that oil cooler work between the carb and mounting flange on the Amr500? thanks.
Beautiful car! I was wondering if the supercharger still works turning that direction? I have burnt up two of them so far and they say it's because I'm turning it the wrong direction. Thanks in advance!
The socks in flops made this video magical!

I wanted to know which model of the blower you are using and how you made the flanges to put the carburetor and the collector
Amr500
What compression ratio, carb, and cam are you running?
