      I find that the simple exercises in pilates help you to focus on a deeper connection. The deeper you connect, the harder and more rewarding they become.

    This was nice: not too hard, but Hundreds Prep really got the abs burn going (love that move). Great explanations of the breathing: a good one to go back to for refresher. Thank u!
