This is really amazing snd creative! I still dont understand colour dodge though. Im not sure how to do it on ibispaint x
Colordodge is a brush blending mode as in if you turn it on then the brush colour will fall on previously painted area in a certain way (depending on blending). You can change the blending mode from the brush's setting tab. There's an option called 'Blending Mode'. By default it stays as 'Normal' mode.

I can't really draw anime humans.lol. I do sometimes paint anime style background though. Ibispaint has much more potential than just drawing anime. I'm glad you liked the video.

If you tap the three dots here is playback speed or something like that
is it possible to make something glow even in a light background?
Light background as in well-lit background? In that case the object will glow but the impact will be much lesser. Imagine a candle in a dark night as compared to a candle under sunlight. Candle's own light will give a glow but it will be difficult to see under sun light.

Hey, when I try to blend something, it blends kinda but it shows the background too, anyway I can fix this?
Use a base colour on one layer and add shades on another layer on top of it. Blend the shades layer and then merge with base colour layer.
I have problem with clipping and alpha lock i don’t know what it is 😢
When you clip a layer to the layer below then the only part that is opaque in below layer will stay active in the upper layer (which is clipped to the layer below). You won't be able to paint in rest of the area in the upper layer.
Alpha lock is similar but it works on the layer that you are locking. Alpha lock means the areas that are not painted are disabled. And you can paint only to the area where you already added some colour.

What is the ratio of the panel?
It was the default 1:1 size from ibispaint file setting. You'll find it while creating a new project.

Hi! Can you tell me why do we use clipping i never ever understand that!?😅

You draw something on a layer, then add another layer on top and clip it to the original layer. Now whatever you'll draw on the top layer will only be visible within the area of the bottom layer drawing. For eg: I paint a base colour in a layer then add a clipped layer on top where I shade. The shading will not spill over the base colour as rest of the area becomes masked/inactive. But only the area of the base colour will stay active in the clipped layer.
Hope I clarified it for you.
@@SeSangART You mean you draw mushrooms and you have to shade it and you dont want it to go out of the mushroom so you clip a layer above the mushroom layer and shade it so that it doesnt come out of the mushroom....
