    Ang sarap pagkaluto ng shanghai mo host grabe daming nag aabang pala nitong niluto mo hindi ko masubukan ito mahal ng beef dito sa amin

      Spring Home-TYJ Spring Roll Pastry or wei-chuan spring roll shells. You can use either one🙂

    what percentage of fat content for ground beef do you use? 80/20? or extra lean?

      80/20 but it’s up to you whatever you prefer. You can use ground pork, chicken & turkey as well. Thanks for watching🙂

      Hindi na kailangan lutuin ang beef before wrapping, maluluto na ‘to sa pagpa -fry🙂

    Do you have a tip on how to make the lumpia stay crispy even after cooking say a few hours or so?

      Cook the eggroll until golden brown, then drain the excess oil using paper towel & keep them in vertical position until ready to serve. Hope this helps & thanks for watching. Happy New Year & God bless🙂

    Ano pong tawag sa wrapper na ginamit nyo? And how to make flour slurry? Tubig at flour lang po ba yun? Sana po masagot pleasee

      Hello po! Thanks for watching. Wei-Chuan Spring Roll Shells ang brand na ginamit na wrapper, ok din kung Pinoy lumpia wrapper, kaya lang minsan walang available dito sa location namin. Tama ka sa flour slurry, flour at tubig lang, sa 1 tbsp flour lagyan ng 1 tbsp na tubig🙂
