If you're looking for a car to commute heavy traffic regularly, Almera is for you. Fo long distance travelling, Almera is behind in comparison to its rivals. Under 100km/h Almera is the best, quick response, agile, and smooth, but once you go beyond that, you can instantly feel the lack of power. So, it really depends on your niche, all of Vios, City and Almera have their own strengths and vice versa. Exterior and interior designs are subjective.
Sana yung manual tranny nila hindi tinipid not necessarily na cheapest trim. We all jist want a stick shift yet maintaining the quality materials like the upper trim. Tsaka, 1.0 turbo huwag naman sanang CVT variant lang. CVT variants suck lalo na pag Nissan.
Like it or not, turbocharged 3 cylinders are becoming the next trend for car manufacturers today. Especially in Europe. Even entry level BMW's run on turbo 3 cylinders. The power output is quite similar to the outgoing Almera's 1.5 NA. And many of these turbo 3 cylinder setups does seem to have minimised the vibration of the engine from the cabin.
That is because Malaysia JPJ have required 3 point seatbelt for all occupant. So instead of a 2 point lap belt for the middle seat, the belt need 3 point mounting, 1 point is the buckle, and another 2 point is permanently mounted. Hence the belt interfere a bit when the seat reclined down.
The moment you look at this car interior and exterior, and close your eyes for a moment.... and open your eyes and look at the new Vios... 🤮🤮 just my little preference.
