Dang! I wish I could get these upgrades in Japan. Even the dealer said it can’t be done (re the steering wheel) but your vid proves it possible.

Since you own the serena can you do long term review of it? Explain on the perspective of a buyer, not a journalist
i'm using the same OBD, you can turn off the left and right indicators which seems to be weird. The so called TPMS is not really TPMS, but based on tyre rotation...
Darren has the real TPMS at higher price..

Wah gc you so daring, dare to mod your nissan even under tan chong warranty....good luck to you man...and another suggestion to actually improve handling of your serena, is to autofoam the chassis rails of your car, and possibly install insulation pads on your car's floor, doors and body....these provide tangible improvements, which does not jeapordise your warranty..just my 2 cents
Haha I don’t think it will affect the warranty. Just plug n play stuff. Not cutting any wires too. And Tan Chong has a subsidiary that offer such mods :) I’ve heard about the difference after autofoaming it.

Upgrade power tailgate for your serena...i think it will be better when u have a power tailgate in the back...

So now when u on use the 360 camera, you lost your music or video? I really love it when the camera monitor is separate with the players actually.
Wireless Apple CarPlay upgrade would be great.
There’s a dongle to do that but kind of pricey

How can a RM200+ dongle be more expensive than changing a head unit?
I like to put my iPhone on the right side of the windscreen and use the USB terminal under the driver compartment for charging... Is it possible to interchange this with the USB002 terminal under the passenger compartment so that we can use the CarPlay neatly... Apparently, you cannot use the charging USB for CarPlay. Only the USB in the passenger side compartment is connected to the Head Unit. If this is interchangeable, this will be great! .... Any comment? With this changes, you may not need the wireless dongle for using CarPlay....
Think Autobuzz should make a comparison review of these van/small SUV between Nissan Serena, Perodua ruzA, Honda BRV, Mitsubishi Xpander and etc? Think these segment should be good for cuti cuti M'sia once the pandemic slow down.

Depending on the intensity of the LED too. Halogen fog lights works for me.

Is TPMS really works? Do you install additional sensor besides the OBD2 module?
After installing the OBD that gives you the autolock + TPMS that also blinks left/right when the doors are opened, do you notice that you can't start/stop the car when the doors are opened? The Start button basically won't response when doors are open.
Can anything be done to lower the 2nd row window all the way? I understand that it only goes down half way.

what fuel is suitable for this car? or all fuel are the same?
not all fuel are created the same. for me my fav fuel is shell fuelsave. shell tested their fuel with 20 researchers before releasing it to the market. the fuel is high quality
