This video is how I discovered the band. Pau is simply overwhelming.
Anyone who didn’t know she was destined to be a rock star back then just wasn’t paying attention.
Here is your back story to this performance- Paulina practiced this performance for months. When they videoed it she played it perfectly only to find out that the camera malfunctioned and it did not record. Paulina was very upset and her mom had to calm her down and she told her to "just play it again". If you go back and look in some of the camera shots you will see in the upper left hand of the screen momma Mony's bare foot tapping away as she sat there supporting Pau playing it again- perfectly!! That is why Pau was so happy and clapped at the end... twice was the charm! 🤘🤘🤘😍😍😍
Pau is a force of nature!!
That's her utter determination to be a great drummer and rock star!
Nothing will stop her!

Even as a 10-year-old she deserves the title “The Shredder”.
She does not like that nickname. Even her dad has stated that! While it is so appropriate I have taken to just calling her the fierce Lion with that melt your face stare she can give!

The first couple of years there were no stupid links for other videos on top of the video in the end. Now you can only see the top of her head in the end. That's not what I would have chosen to look at back then. 😥

this was almost 2 years b4 their enter sandman cover, they way she handles those drums she reminds me of Animal on the muppets.. she was awsome then, she is great ubove the rest now..
As well as being naturally talented on drums this is a culmination of many , many hours of practice and dedication .
She is fantastic period. Adorable.
The hand crossovers towards the end are just insane. Much more experienced drummers would struggle with this so for a 10 year old it just blows my mind. And Pau has just got even better over the years. By far my favourite drummer to watch she is pure class. And let's not forget her song writing talent just an exceptional musician.
Every time I see this its just as amazing, my fav band is built on intense hard work and protégé talent all three. Paulina Villarreal's name will one day be said in the same breath as Neil Pert and John Bonham. I think FaulPlay was ok with watching LOL you rock dude.

According to a recent google survey. Paulina, now 21, is considered amongst the top 50 best female drummers of all time (#43). She, and her two sisters, Daniella and Alejandra comprise The Warning rock band. Awesomeness.
