Are these guys for real? When I was young enough to be drunk enough to be hungover, the most I could manage was Vegemite on toast or a bowl of pasta. Too sick to even contemplate cutting and mixing stuff!

so true. but I've noticed that most ppl rate her food higher and really likes her food and at one time someone commented that this person knows a lot about food. but zeta complains like hell. she sometimes scores other ppl really low. surprised she gave the winner a 7 and that too coz of the ice-cream. the others gave a good score. glad she didn't win for once. she is like the teacher's pet who knows her stuff but scores low to win in case someone was better.

These looked good as regular meals! my hangover meal is literally a giant glass of orange juice and as many fresh fruit & veg as I can eat, to detox all the alcohol out of my body haha

When I'm hungover the most I can tolerate is plain toast
I drink my body weight in water and/or Gatorade. Solid nutrition usually gets rejected by my brain before I even eat it. Cream of mushroom soup on top of rice is the most solid thing I'll eat
That halloumi avo toastie would be perfect with fried tomatoes to add some moisture imo

Rebuttal: The hashbrown definitely NEEDS to be IN the sandwich! If you want one on the side, have two, one in the sandwich and one on the side (though it will be a bit much). It adds so much texture to the sandwich and is just UGHHHHH... perfect! I WILL die on this hill!
@4:40, Actually capsaicin/chili helps to combat nausea. A lot of people don’t know that. My favorite hangover food is a childhood favorite as well. I’m Mexican. My hangover food is something called “fideo.” Some make it dry, some soupy. Im a soupy girl. It’s a very simple noodle dish, though you can add various vegetables. Onions, carrots, peppers and corn are popular additions. But for hangovers I always go the simple noodle solo route and I make it with spicy tomato sauce. It really helps to settle the stomach. I don’t think the dry version would work quite as well. That spicy broth does a lot of the hard work.

I don’t much about how people deal with hangover abroad, but here in Kazakhstan, you either drink pickle juice that helps you to cure your hangover or go for a instant ramyun for the spice :)

My hangover meal is ice cold fruit (tangerines or grapes specifically), overly buttered pasta with cheese, salt & pepper, and an ice cold pomegranate San Pellegrino or Heinz apple & blackcurrant baby juice to wash it down with. Very strange I know but it really does the job - highly reccomend👌🏾

I’m from Wolverhampton in the uk and when I’m hungover I go to. A cafe and get a massive full English breakfast which is bacon sausage egg mushrooms fried bread tinned tomatoes beans hash and black pudding or blood pudding depending on what country your from

Whenever I'm hungover I can't eat at all. It took me 6 hours to eat half a sandwich and some fries from Carl Jr yesterday.

Also Zeta: hates chocolate ice cream, so didn’t grab a different flavor which would have been same shit different ice cream.

Cold quarter pounder and French fries from McDonald’s with Gatorade. Get the mcdicks the night before when you’re still drunk and put it in the fridge overnight. By 2pm when I can actually stomach food it’s everything.
