Oh, I totally agree about the Catalina crap! I don't shop at Catalina, the tags aren't up in the "Catalina store", and it's not advertised in the Catalina app.
If my deals don't come out right I return everything. I am not dealing with the Catalina company. I think they cheat us on purpose. False advertising
I had the same conversation with Walgreens chat a couple weeks ago. She told me to take the product back if I was unhappy. So I went back in and told the cashier and she gave me $10 in WC when it was only $3 RR that didn't print. It's exactly what I told their chat. We should not have to jump through their hoops to get what they advertise.

I'm still waiting on my $5:Catalina from the Dial deal back in early May! I have been calling every single week & get the same reply every time....."it just closed yesterday & you'll be getting it within the week" lf I'd know it would impossible to get it I definitely would have returned the Dial. Never ever again will I take something out of the store without my reward that was promised. Plus if I select #1 for English that's what I want my agent to speak enough to understand them.
I really wish that Walgreens would do away with RR and give Walgreens cash only for deals. It’s really becoming a headache

I've just about stopped trying to do anything at Walgreens. It's a complete hassle & I don't have time to argue with snotty clerks that work at my regular store.
I agree w u about calling customer svc & dealing w catalina co.. Walgreens here in lawton ok has all new employees. They correct anything (no can do employees/mgr)😮

I totally get your frustration with the Catalina coupons and I totally agree, but please keep in mind that customer service agents and even cashiers are incredibly limited on what they can do. They have to follow whatever policies Walgreens has in place. Please don't take your anger out on them because they have very little power. I have worked in a call center before and it was absolute hell. I can't do anything outside of what the company will allow me to do.

I avoid RR deals for that reason...if it doesnt print out, I just return. I HATE RR deals.

I just got off the phone with customer service regarding my birthday booster been dealing with this since July 3 my birthday 🤪 wal chat gave me $10 and was told to contact Catalina company 😮 I did and to submitt a ticket, since no response I called this past Thursday and was told contact walgreens since their machine should print booster 🙄and today Monica said they're random you don't get them every year 🤪🤪🤪

Same here with the Catalina issues. I'm still waiting for $11 from May. Excuse after excuse why I haven't received it yet. There is no reward at the store; it is immediately returned.

I return the Labs razor since my $5 RR didn’t print. Also lost my $7 booster . I asked for points they said no asked to see the manager since cashier was a witch . She says I am the manager we don’t give points . We lose money. A store I don’t normally shop at my normal store was out of stock item I wanted to get my $7/$35.
