rip Kelly Preston She was definitely one of my movie star crushes , I believe I was in the 8th grade when this came out..i used to have dreams about her, I actually cried when the news of her passing came ,,a sad day..

You can tell Arnold was having the time of his life. The chemistry was fire between him and Danny. Now, I would like to recommend Tango & Cash starring Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell.

In the 80’s, you could smoke indoors anywhere. If the cops found yer weed they would just take it and not arrest you. And btw I’m black. Plus we all hung out together. Race relations were way better.
I agree in the 80's and 90's were so perfect. No one judged anyone for colors or anything. Such a great time. Sadly so much has DEVOLVED. Not to mention we're letting trans men compete and dominate in womens sports now. The world has literally gotten dumber! Very sad

Theres another channel called TBR Schmitt that reacted to Twins. But i swear the husband has has seen all the shit. He just acts like he hasnt. Maybe not his wife tho. So many fake ass RUclipsrs who act like they havent seen movies or read the whole description beforehand its disappointing

"Take out the paper and the trash, our don't get no spending cash" one of my favorite Arnold movies, he has great comic timing, very underrated comic actor. Had a huge crush on Kelly Preston in this movie when I saw it
3:25 - Stallone and Schwarzenegger were action movie rivals in the 1980's & 1990's so you could chalk it up to ego. However, Stallone did invite Schwarzenegger to star alongside him in the Expendables trilogy (2010 - 2014).
28:40 - "The actress who played Marnie". Her name was Kelly Preston and she was the late wife of John Travolta.
Another standout Kelly Preston role is in Jerry Maguire (1996).
I loved her in For the Love of the Game (1999)

I grew up watching this movie from a VHS tape we had as a kid. Really love it. Great performances, especially from Danny DeVito, but Ahnold was not too bad himself as the warm hearted, genetically perfect brother, and such a heart warming storyline. One of my all time favorite Arnold Shwarzenegger films, only bested by Conan the Barbarian.
The first of four films with Schwarzenegger and Ivan Reitman as director.
Reitman passed away in Winter 2022 after the release and success of Ghostbusters Afterlife; directed by his son, Jason.
He will be missed.
But his work is incredible.
In the 90s, as a teenager, we were all smoking inside, restaurant, arcades, everywhere. There was ashtrays everywhere.
Amen to that, the 80's & 90's were the golden years of living the simple life 😌
Escape Plan was actually a good movie, with Stallone and Arnold both together throughout the whole movie
You need to watch Ruthless People with Danny DeVito and Bette Midler definably one of the best comedy's from that era
Sweet Kelly. Married John Travolta not too long after this. Had their first son jett. He had some health issues and while they were all overseas on a vacation he passed away (so young - my heart still hurts). Not too long after that and they were up there in age they had another son Benjamin. Big sis ella is over the moon for that kid. Sadly kelly passed from breast cancer recently. She's reunited with jett

Schwarzenegger and Stallone star in "The Expendables" movies together.
I, and many other fans, consider it a tragedy that they started co-starring so late in life.
I can't think of any child of the '80s who didn't think that these two would have been perfect for a "Contra" movie.
I prefer the Escape Plan.

Spot on from Arnold as Commando and Sly as Rambo prior.
But i think Contra would work better as animated feature.

2 fun bits of trivia about TWINS (TWiiNS)
1 .. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny Devito decided to take 20% of the profits made from this film (each) instead of actually being paid to make it .. and they finished up making more money than they had ever made before.
2 .. A sequel was planned .. TRIPLETS (TRiiiPLETS) .. with Eddie Murphy as the third brother .. but it was never made.
Great selection. Ivan Reitman was on a role, he was a one-man printing press.
I had forgotten how funny this movie was. Arnold can literally do anything.
They did one together in the 2010s, Escape plan.. its pretty good.

Watching this film more than 30 years later, looks like a little bit strange and kinda ridiculous, but back in 1988 this film had to be a shock to the audience. To my dad, for example.
DeVito was a perfect guy for a black comedy on those years; on the other side Schwarzenegger had something that the action heroes didn't have: charisma and sense of humor, but he was only that, an action hero.
Ivan Reitman knew better than anyone he could mix these elements and blow the box office away.

Kelly Preston, and yes...smoke show. She was John Travolta's wife. Unfortunately she died last year of breast cancer.

David Caruso, the guy from C.S.I. Miami, also made small roles in both First Blood (Stallone flick) and this (Ahnold flick). He really did need those sun glasses to make himself finally look cool.
In the future, the 2nd dream team did do a movie together. The 1st dream team was Clint Eastwood and Burt Reynolds in the movie City Heat (1984), another recommendation to watch and react to, by the way.
The second was of course were Arnold and Stallone in Escape Plan (2013). Also, The Expendables movies but Escape Plan was their dream team pair up.
i think it's time you do the expendables trilogy .. has both arnold, stallone, And lundgren, statham, snipes, jet li .. all the greats 💪🔥

3:28 They did a movie together. The Expendables franchise that Stallone made and it had a ton of the big stars in it, including Arnold. Stallone and Arnold's personalities kind of clash a little bit and did during filming.

Arnold and Stallone had a competition going on, and weren't too fond of eachother in the 90s, but now they good - you can see an interview they had with these stories, I believe the interview was done on topic of the movie Expendables.
Smoking was allowed pretty much everywhere, though there would usually be a special section for it. Restaurants, cinemas, planes, schools etc... It was a wild time lol

It's Not a TTUUMMAAHHH!! It's a BABY!! There's been talk for many years of a sequel with Eddie Murphy. Going to be called Triplets, but both the original director died last year. As well as the beautiful blonde who was John Travolta's wife who sadly died from cancer. I know Eddie Murphy dropped out of the sequel just like Beverly hills Cop 4 too. They've waited way too many decades to do these sequels too.

Another weird comedy movie with the duo Arnold & Danny is Junior (1994). The main idea is pure WTF, if you find the main poster you'll see XD. Not too good IMO but an interesting role for Arnold to say the least :D
Great movie. For more Arnold comedies do Kindergarten Cop and Junior (Another Arnold and Danny movie). Other great actions are End Of Days and Collateral damage.
