Mini Cinnamon Rolls
for 8 mini cinnamon rolls
Ingredients

Dough ingredients

140g all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon yeast
3 tablespoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
100ml milk
15g unsalted butter
Cinnamon filling

40g brown sugar
20g butter (soften at room temperature)
2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Topping
.
18g cream cheese
1 tablespoon of milk
10g of powdered sugar (or white sugar)
Tools
15cm Cast iron pan
Dental floss
