About This Project ►
Noyack Bay is a SimCity project were I attempt to create an ultra detailed, realistic and aesthetically pleasing American themed region.In this series i will inspire and create a master-planned region which will focus primarily on design and aesthetics rather than functionality and efficiency.

A little word of advice, you might want to rotate those seasonal tree lots to give them a more randomised appearance while plopping them. Just hold the home or the end key.

The early 2000s was the golden age of building/tycoon games. Games like Sim city, roller coaster tycoon, zoo tycoon, etc. they were amazing. You could be very creative with them.

Possibly the PEG seasonal woods. Comes in sizes from 1x1 to 4x4. There are a few others but I don't remember who did them.

I absolutely LOVE this game. I've been playing it for over 15 years (off and on). My thing is, I'm still stuck in the "regular" game and only have a couple of mods downloaded. What all can I do to make my region look so great like this?

road layout is a big part, try to design grids in the center and subidivsions near the edge like real life, i,e build your city in eras

Depends on what you want to build and how much. I've been downloading lots off and on for 20 years. Not all of them are organized and they take up 5GB+. Far larger than the installed game.
First you need:
Network Addon Mod
BSC Dependency Pack
PEG SPAM (used here I believe)
Additional recommended:
SC4Fix
Opera House Fix
Industrial Revolution Mod
Roadtop Mass Transit (RTMT 3.5) update to 3.51, you can try to use 3.6 but the SG bus stops didn't show up for me.
Anything SimGoober
Anything BSC is almost always good. I have not used SPAM so I don't know how well their farms play nice with SPAM.
Modular parks
PEG CDK3 if you like coastal development.
