You want the outside of the egg to be fully cooked while the inside of the omelette is scrambled but really creamy. Had it when I visited Japan two years ago. One of the best dish’s I’ve ever had in my life.
Ben definitely give Ghost in the Fireflies, Akira, Ghost in the Shell, Ninja Scroll, Your Name, Paprika, Vampire Hunter D:Bloodlust, Angel's Egg and Only Yesterday. All of these Anime flicks are Top Tier! Also, if you will have time then I highly recommend: Cowboy Bebop
