Costco Meal Prep Haul for a bikini competitor on a budget

Today I share with you my almost coach approved meal prep haul. Aside from the wine, this haul is completely for a bikini prep meal plan. I also share with you my plan that was given to me by my coach hoping it will help you get an idea of where to start. Right now I am just trying to live the bodybuilding lifestyle, without the restrictions of being on a focused prep. When I started following this meal plan and weightlifting 5 days a week any the gym, I in the quickest amount of time ever, shed 10 lbs in only a month. It worked for me, and I hope it will work for you too!!
