    Wow I'm going to see if using the ice will improve my paneer! Also I'm so glad that this method skips the step to hang the paneer suspended as that is very hard to do!

    Thank you, I have been looking for a decent recipe for mozzarella to maje at home and this paneer is the closest one that is simple to make and doesn'tcost a fortune. . New subscriber 😊

    That's really cool! How do you do it that it doesn't crumble? When I make paneer, it always seems fine but then it starts crumbling apart when I add it to a sauce :/

    Omg your paneer looks better than store bought one! My paneer doesn’t retain its shape. Falls apart when I try to cut it. Any idea why?

    I squeezed out as much liquid as possible and my curd was very crumbly. I'm thinking I should have squeezed out less liquid. Let's see what happens in 2 hours.

    This is cow or buffalo milk

      We usually get cow milk here in usa so cant use buffalo milk bt if u have that use that

    Boil 2 litres of milk
    Once its gets boiled, add lemon juice in 3 batches
    Take 2 lemons juice
    Once paneer forms, add 5 cubes of ice
    Use kitchen cloth to sieve paneer
    Wash paneer to remove excess lemon juice
    Keep a weight over paneer
    Make a shape of panner
    Keep aside dor 2 h

    Don't use ikea knife it has a design fault. It has tendency to cut nails or fingers while chopping no matter how careful you may. Good recepie though.
