Miles Morales returns for the next chapter of the Oscar®-winning Spider-Verse saga, Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse (2018, Best Animated Film, Spider-Man™: Into The Spider-Verse). Not to mention how he's never the same colors in every single scene and himself, his jacket, and his guitar are rendered in different frame rates. They did not have to go so hard for easily the best Spider dude in this movie

@@parthib7365 it's funny because people say "Miles shouldnt be Spiderman, he should be the Sscond Prowler." When in fact he would not be the second or even the third prowler. He would actually be the 5th if we count Hobbie Brown's clone.

I love that they made you think Hobie might be an antagonist to Miles that he negatively gets compared to but he's totally the guy who's most on his side. He literally only helps him and gives him advice.
In the comics we see Hobie leading a revolution against a whole symbiote army.
Just the way he shouts “I DONT BELIEVE IN COMEDY!” at the end gets me every time, without fail.
Easily THE BEST CHARACTER in the movie besides Miles and Spot literally the greatest movie I’ve see to date I can’t wait for the next one 🕷️
Hobie Brown/Spider-Punk is my 3rd favorite character from this movie.

I hate and love this scene. It's perfection but as a non-English person, even with the subtitles turned on (what won't always help) it's a nightmare to follow and understand the incredibly fast paced dialogue here, let alone follow it along with the action.
But this scene makes me want to understand it so f@in MUCH!!!!!!

Me and my brother watched this for the first time on Netflix (no, I didn’t see it in theaters) and when Hobie showed up, he was so much of a British stereotype that we had to make fun of him every time he spoke.

The reason why they don’t want spot getting into the machine is because he’s gaining more holes on his body which expands his powers and makes him stronger.
The last time the particle accelerator went off (in Miles's dimension), a regular scientist turned into Spot and gained crazy dimension-warping powers. Now he's running low on spots, so he's doing it again, only this time he's at the epicenter of the blast.
The accelerator creates rifts in spacetime that allow dimensional crossovers. Last time it hit Spider-Man, causing people with similar genetic profiles (other Spider-people) to cross over into Miles's dimension. This time, it's giving Spot the ability to cross over into whatever dimension he pleases whenever he pleases. Man can go anywhere he wishes, and reshape basically the entire multiverse to his whims.
