@@SputnikSpyglassyup, all the kids are really short to differentiate them from the teens! I like to think it represents that feeling of being so immature and lame compared to older kids, but I know its just cartoon logic and character design :P
One thing that they don’t really touch on that well in the episode but was expressed by the creator in a Q and A is that the town has a “finders keepers” law which means if you possess a physical legal document for a property, then you legally own that property.
