They don't. Powerhobby is just a hobby shop/warehouse. I used to live a half hour from them and went there often. Anything with their name on it is something another company already makes that they slap their name on. I've watched a guy changing connectors on generic lipo packs and then slapping a powerhobby sticker on them. I'm not saying their stuff is bad but I'm pretty damn sure nothing of theirs is original.
What puts me off reviewing power hobby stuff is they are copying products from my friends companies. Like the perfect pass carbon drive shafts and Scorched Parts rotolock motor mounts. Really not cool, its like a direct copy. Not fair on small companies that put everything on the line.
Kev with all due respect, if the product does not have patents it’s fair game for others to copy. I personally don’t agree with it either but welcome to the world of business.

@@MarkSantaMaria can I ask you a question about battery that nobody really talks about. Can you mix brands of batteries. Like what if they are both 4s. 5200 mh but different c rating and different manufacturers.
@@rayharris2654absolutely not. One of the first things all lipo manufacturers mention when running series is to run the same exact battery. Running different discharge or mh ratings can result in an imbalance and one battery pulling much more current than needed to compensate for the other that’s lacking. This can ultimately result in a damaged cell, especially when racing longer mains, and once this happens the battery is useless and needs disposed of. Hope that helped clear it up, happy racing👍🏻

Pull the trigger i have a hpi wr8 flux and it is one of my all time favourites I also have the cen racing puma but the wr8 is definitely better imo

I can't see a reason why the saddle packs are so widely spaced apart instead of as close to centerline as possible.
