    ehem... ı am 13 years old... ı trıed evry one of these and ı checked my self lıke 10 tımes ıf ı dıd smth wrong or not but ı got stuck at the archer push-ups. NEED TO TRAIN MORE UPDATE: ı reliezed that ı didnt rest between 10 rep push-ups so ı rested a lıttle then dıd the archer push ups then ı dıd lıke 13 :D ı am so happy for ıt rıght now. for my fellas who wonders how much ı weıght or how much ıs my heıght ı am 53 kılos (for my amerıcan fellas ıts 116 pounds) and my heıght ıs 169cm ( whıch means 5,6)

    I did 10 reps of 1 set of each and every tyoes of push ups while watching it
    Btw, my chest feels little uneasy😐
    Still how many one arm push-ups can you guys do by your weak arm
    I can do hardly 6-8(left)

    IDK! HOW but, it worked for me when I started doing 300 pushups a day, I was able to do normal one arm and then soon I also achieved the perfect one arm pushup.

    Bro i need a help .... I was doing single leg squat ive seen my muscles on right side aren't good ... They're paining and my shoulder is also paining all the time what can i do ... For shoulders its busra, coracoid process and acromian ....and for right side of hip its glutus medius and tensor fascie latae

    i have a elbow snap at push exercise why . when i do planche push up my elbow hurt a bit so i can't do more than 2 planche push up

      I have the same problem. I have enough strength to do even explosive push ups, but I feel a lot of tensions in my shoulders doing normal push ups
      I watched the video and researched a bit and I'm guessing that the scapula is lacking. I'll do the scapula push ups later and see how it goes.

      If you're getting out of breath during push-ups, it's probably because of how you're breathing. Try this: breathe out when you push up, breathe in when you go down.

      muscle size/ definition and strength. You can have the effects of a bench press for instance without equipment. If you can do multiple reps of a one arm pushup with a weighted backpack or vest, you can probably bench a whole lot. Its also a cool feat of strength that probably 95% of humans cannot perform

      It's actually quite common to discover weaker muscle groups during certain exercises. Keep consistent with your training, and you'll see improvements in your tricep strength over time.
