Call 'em stretches, call it yoga - these exercises can be done daily to lengthen, lean out and extend your body. You may even get or feel a bit taller from doing them!
You don't need any props, you can do these 3-7 times a week, and they are designed for all ages to focus on your posture and lengthen muscles.

I have been doing these streches for three weeks straight i gained 1.5inches of height. I used to be 178cm before now i am 181cm. My goal is to be 185cm.Thank you i will give you update. My age is 23 years but still growing i think.

Personally, I like to mix my sequences up, for variety, so I stick to it and don't get bored. Hope that helps! Just enjoy, move and stay committed. Your body will thank you :)

I just want to get inspired enough.
It's a stretch, not a formula, so there's no exact formula to say when! Maybe it helps or works, maybe not. Your body is so unique compared to anyone else out there. But, I will say, if you never try, you'll never know :) INSPIRE yourself with your why! Go for it!

Hi! That may be a stretch (no pun intended), but you can do your best to eat well, rest well, stretch often and work on your posture - that helped me a lot to grow in my late teens and early 20s. Good luck, and focus on feeling good from moving

im in middle school and 5'1 maybe 5'1.5 by now, with these stretches i think it's possible i can be at least 5'6 when I'm older, (so thank you for that lol) but my only issue is sleeping early (i was told the earlier you sleep, the more you grow), is there any tips so i can get a healthy amount of sleep without struggling to fall asleep?

Hi! I am 13 rn,and I am doing the part 1 streches for almost 3 days, I am doing each posture for 1 mint , till now I can't see any changes,but I hope as time passes it will increase , and I will do these(part 2) streches along with them.

For girls there is a third growth spurt which lasts till around 14-15-16 years I guess , then the bones fuse together ( Idk , I mean I'm not sure exactly cuz I've just read it on online and I'm not a doctor )...I'm just saying what I've heard and read on online...for boys I think 18 ( approx. ) I think.
@@bandanadiya4339 there is NO formula or one size fits all for humans - we're all so different. So you can't put one age to it, just do your best to be healthy, eat well, sleep well and move!

Does periods affect height growth?
I'm not sure where this comes from or if it's totally true, but I believe that you're still young and can grow. Certainly, you can work on your healthy lifestyle and posture at ANY age - so, I'd say yes! Never try, never know, and if you're going to make changes, it's a great time mid-teens to! Does doing push-ups gym exercises affect height for boys
Great question, and I have a video coming up in the next few weeks addressing this exact topic of weights and exercises - overall, I wouldn't see why it would have a negative affect. I do always recommend to do a combination of strength-training and stretching.

Not silly at all! You CAN focus on your posture and what I did in my 20s, that's the best approach - quite a few videos here on the channel for helping with posture, and it feels good!

Hey, Jessica! You’re so young, and there is definitely time to grow! These exercises lengthens and stretches the entire body. So many variables that go into your height, but stretching can help anyone at any age. Watch the video linked at the end for some lifestyle habits to help too :) Growing takes a lot longer than a month to notice, so be patience and consistent too

Do both! Switch it up every other day or two :) Having different ones creates variety so you don’t get bored. And, there is an entire playlist of yoga and fitness to check out too

Personally, I like to mix my sequences up, for variety, so I stick to it and don't get bored. Hope that helps! Just enjoy, move and stay committed. Your body will thank you :)

Hi, I turned 18 two months past .. I'm 160cm . Male . Please can i get like 6cms in around 7 months or so . I'm doing yoga and proper streaches . And from summer I'll start swimming. Is it possible. Please do answer me . I'm really concerned. ....

Actually my sis has grow taller after 21 just by doing yoga stretches so I started to do it and I also grow taller. She is 5'8 and my height is 6'1. some people can grow after 18 also .
