I'm not practically sure abt calcium but I m too 16.5 yrs old and I gained abt 1 inch in just 1.5 months.. Tbh I didn't had any calcium rich food or milk in my diet.. And also 30 mins of workout a day is more than enough

I only stretch before I go to bed, I take 15-45 minute nap a day, I watch motivational videos of my favorite workout guy 'Rich Piana'. I stretch for 30 secs and I do 3 sets, I have a ceiling that I can barely touch and I stretch without tip toeing and touch the ceiling. I do everything you do, and I do stretches from other RUclipsrs. I stretch every single day, I switch up every day with my stretches, drink good enough fluids with sugar before and while stretching, eat well balanced diet with meat, take a 2 minute rest after 3 sets. When I first started to stretch more than a week ago, it was my first time that I ever stretched and did yoga. I did not know how to touch my toes sitting and standing, I was a pure beginner. Now, I have no problem touching both of my palms on the ground without bending my knees, I can now sit on the ground crossing my legs (before I could not, and I was as stiff as a board). I could barely do the splits a little over a week ago, my body was leaning to the left before and stretching has almost straightened my legs. So I have been doing this for almost 6 months now and my height increased by 2.5 inches. I have been taking rest days in between as well. I am 17 and I had lost hope to get taller but I did it.
I am 14 and im 4’11 all the people in my class are 5’4 and up and im the shortest one. My dream job is to be a runway model but i know that’ll never happen cz im way too short. Nonetheless i trust in God’s plans and hopefully this video helps me to grow taller. Thank you Sara God bless you❤️❤️

Age: 16 Height: 6‘1 (185 cm) Goal 6‘2 (190 cm) I know I would probably still become this tall without doing stretches, but I‘ve only grown like 2 cm since last year, but still want to become a little taller.
From your height I am guessing you’re a boy. Boys stop growing at the age of 20 or 21 so you have a good 4 or 5 years left. I think that you would be 190cm without stretching, but if you eat properly, exercise and stretch you could be over 190cm. Good luck.

Hello! I’m 17 and my current height is 5’3 (162cms). All my teenage I never ate properly didn’t play much sports...but now I noticed that my growth has stopped, since 3years I’m the same. My aim is to grow 6ft tall somewhere around (185cms) I started my journey from 1st November that’s like 3days ago and this is the 4th day. My parents are also short but I’m not gonna give up my aim is too high...I spend my whole day stretching and doing various exercises, I have started eating healthy and I even meditate. I can grow up till age 21 and I’m gonna work hard everyday for 5years and reach 185cm no matter what! All the best to the guys who are working hard to grow tall. 👍 Gonna keep updating✌️❤️

i started this on November 17 and i can definitely see changes in my posture, idk if i grew taller but i will update in 2weeks please remind me December 14: i am 14yo my dad is 181cm and my mom 170cm, my brother around 173 so to be honest i'm doing this on weekdays around 12:30pm two times and i can say that i grew 1centimeter at least i workout daily but of course i have 2days rest in the week

That’s a great question, breathe with the movement if possible… So inhale one movement exhale the other. Most importantly connecting your movement with your breath. Hope that helps! It shouldn’t be fast, it should be methodical, long, and deep

I’m struggling with growing taller, I’ve been trying different stretches for maybe four months now. I can’t say I’ve grown a lot. I’m still in my growing years so I can’t lose hope! I’ll try my best to these as soon as I wake up and maybe 30 minutes before going to sleep. I will keep a balanced diet and keep healthy. Or I’ll try 😅 Age - 13 Gender - Female Height - 5’0.5 Goal For Now - 5’1 Final Goal - 5’6 What I Am Doing: I am trying eat healthy, vegetables like cucumbers and carrots with hummus are great! Remember to drink water, as much as you can. I drink about 3-4 glasses but I’m trying my best. Also drink milk - (I always drink a glass of milk, mainly one big glass, combined probably two cups?). For every unhealthy thing I eat, I make up for it with something healthy. Also eat nuts 🥜, I mainly eat walnuts and almonds most days. For stretching, I do this video combined with two others (making it 30 minutes), whenever I’m doing 20 minutes I’m doing two videos. I also hang on a pull up bar, I aim for at least 5 minutes a day, but even 1 minute makes a difference (build your grip and gradually increase). I try stretching as soon as I wake up. I try waking up early but most days I don’t have time. I try to simply stand-up and stretch arms and legs when I’m busy. Try to keep your posture straight when walking, sitting, and standing. Sitting at times properly is hard, give it your best. My aim is to stretch for at least 10 minutes in the morning, it’s the time where you start the day and can lengthen your spine. Day 1 - did it right before bed, I’m doing daily updates because I lose focus in weekly ones. Day 7 (I think) - genuinely really sorry, I've been really busy with school work and it's been taking up most of my time. I promise you I am dedicated but getting good marks in school is also one of my goals. I 100% will stretch in the afternoon and before bed today. Day 11 (October 29) - Didn't stretch Day 12 - Didn't stretch Day 13 (October 31) - Didn't stretch Day 14 - stretched for 40 minutes, kept my back straight when watching a 20 minute episode Day 15 - stretched for 20 minutes after a 30 minute workout at 6pm Day 19 - been keeping good back posture, haven’t really stretched the last days, stretched for 20 minutes today (12pm) Day 27 (📏) - Again, haven’t been trying my hardest, I always pull my body upwards in the morning, but some busy days that’s all I do. I did the part 2 video today, I love it! It combines all my favourite stretches. I measured and I grew! I checked in the morning so it may not be 100% accurate. I grew just a bit though, 0.5cm, but even a little is a lot! I just need another cm to get to 5’1!

I love that motivation and attitude just to do it! Keep it up, and it may help you to keep a tracker or a piece of paper writing down the days that you do it for your own personal record instead of here. You’ve got this!

I'm not practically sure abt calcium but I m too 16.5 yrs old and I gained abt 1 inch in just 1.5 months.. Tbh I didn't had any calcium rich food or milk in my diet.. And also 30 mins of workout a day is more than enough

@@Ariellesoreos I searched 'getting taller with stretches' and 'stretching legs to get taller' on RUclips. I only stretch before I go to bed, I take 15-45 minute nap a day, I watch motivational videos of my favorite workout guy 'Rich Piana'. I stretch for 30 secs and I do 3 sets, I have a ceiling that I can barely touch and I stretch without tip toeing and touch the ceiling. I do everything you do, and I do stretches from other RUclipsrs. I stretch every single day, I switch up every day with my stretches, drink good enough fluids with sugar before and while stretching, eat well balanced diet with meat, take a 2 minute rest after 3 sets.
When I first started to stretch more than a week ago, it was my first time that I ever stretched and did yoga. I did not know how to touch my toes sitting and standing, I was a pure beginner. Now, I have no problem touching both of my palms on the ground without bending my knees, I can now sit on the ground crossing my legs (before I could not, and I was as stiff as a board). I could barely do the splits a little over a week ago, my body was leaning to the left before and stretching has almost straightened my legs.

From your height I am guessing you’re a boy. Boys stop growing at the age of 20 or 21 so you have a good 4 or 5 years left. I think that you would be 190cm without stretching, but if you eat properly, exercise and stretch you could be over 190cm. Good luck.

I’m 17 and my current height is 5’3 (162cms).
All my teenage I never ate properly didn’t play much sports...but now I noticed that my growth has stopped, since 3years I’m the same. My aim is to grow 6ft tall somewhere around (185cms) I started my journey from 1st November that’s like 3days ago and this is the 4th day.
My parents are also short but I’m not gonna give up my aim is too high...I spend my whole day stretching and doing various exercises, I have started eating healthy and I even meditate.
I can grow up till age 21 and I’m gonna work hard everyday for 5years and reach 185cm no matter what!

That’s a great question, breathe with the movement if possible… So inhale one movement exhale the other. Most importantly connecting your movement with your breath. Hope that helps! It shouldn’t be fast, it should be methodical, long, and deep

I’m struggling with growing taller, I’ve been trying different stretches for maybe four months now. I can’t say I’ve grown a lot. I’m still in my growing years so I can’t lose hope! I’ll try my best to these as soon as I wake up and maybe 30 minutes before going to sleep. I will keep a balanced diet and keep healthy. Or I’ll try 😅

What I Am Doing:
I am trying eat healthy, vegetables like cucumbers and carrots with hummus are great! Remember to drink water, as much as you can. I drink about 3-4 glasses but I’m trying my best. Also drink milk - (I always drink a glass of milk, mainly one big glass, combined probably two cups?). For every unhealthy thing I eat, I make up for it with something healthy. Also eat nuts 🥜, I mainly eat walnuts and almonds most days.
For stretching, I do this video combined with two others (making it 30 minutes), whenever I’m doing 20 minutes I’m doing two videos. I also hang on a pull up bar, I aim for at least 5 minutes a day, but even 1 minute makes a difference (build your grip and gradually increase). I try stretching as soon as I wake up. I try waking up early but most days I don’t have time. I try to simply stand-up and stretch arms and legs when I’m busy. Try to keep your posture straight when walking, sitting, and standing. Sitting at times properly is hard, give it your best. My aim is to stretch for at least 10 minutes in the morning, it’s the time where you start the day and can lengthen your spine.
Day 1 - did it right before bed, I’m doing daily updates because I lose focus in weekly ones.
Day 7 (I think) - genuinely really sorry, I've been really busy with school work and it's been taking up most of my time. I promise you I am dedicated but getting good marks in school is also one of my goals. I 100% will stretch in the afternoon and before bed today.
Day 8 - I stretched in the morning for about 20 minutes
Day 9 - I stretched at night for about 20 minutes, hung for about a minute
Day 10 (October 28) - Did a little pulling myself upwards in the morning (for about a minute), hung for about 3 minutes. Stretched for 5 minutes.
Day 11 (October 29) - Didn't stretch
Day 12 - Didn't stretch
Day 13 (October 31) - Didn't stretch
Day 14 - stretched for 40 minutes, kept my back straight when watching a 20 minute episode
Day 15 - stretched for 20 minutes after a 30 minute workout at 6pm
Day 19 - been keeping good back posture, haven’t really stretched the last days, stretched for 20 minutes today (12pm)
Day 27 (📏) - Again, haven’t been trying my hardest, I always pull my body upwards in the morning, but some busy days that’s all I do. I did the part 2 video today, I love it! It combines all my favourite stretches. I measured and I grew! I checked in the morning so it may not be 100% accurate. I grew just a bit though, 0.5cm, but even a little is a lot! I just need another cm to get to 5’1!

update 1: as of right now I can't properly check my height but I definitely _feel_ taller so I'm going to continue this!

Oh myy gosh! I just measured my height and its 5'3.11 feet. Even though I didn't get to 5'4 in a month. I'm surely greatful for my height now! I'm still going to do my stretches everyday. Thank youuu soo much for my making this video it helped me a lot ❤️ Aside from stretching I make sure I get 8 hrs of sleep and drink milk everyday, this will help you to grow faster. Motivation and affirmations is a plus too.

Hi! There are so many factors that can do into the outcome, but best you can do is try :) other exercises like volleyball & running are great too for circulation and creating bone density

@@seeratdhillon1773 Hi! That may be a stretch (no pun intended), but you can do your best to eat well, rest well, stretch often and work on your posture - that helped me a lot to grow in my late teens and early 20s. Good luck!
