    The one which includes plank,downward facing ,upward facing ,push up etc. is called Surya Namaskara in yoga.

      Evening one and a half... flexibility stretches...

      Maybe? If you never try, you'll never know. Maybe your body balances out, or just ends up feeling good. For me, with yoga, I lengthened, but also gained a lot of self love for where I was at too.       Well, I'm not everyone, and I say, You don't know until you try it! But, you can definitely focus on posture in your late teens and any age, that's what I did.     Hello Sara , I really love this serie 🥰 I'm 14 years old recently I mesure my height and I found that I'm 158 cm and it doesn't change from 3 months ago ,and my weight is 55 kg a lot of people tell me that I'm fat and short do you think I can increase my height or I should lose some weight ? I don't know what to do ?
    And I really want to be slim and tall

    Heyy, so I've seen all of 3 parts of this video, is it necessary to do stretches shown in all 3 parts to grow tall? Or is it fine if I do stretches from only part1?

      It's a stretch, not a formula, so there's no exact formula to say when! Maybe it helps or works, maybe not. Your body is so unique compared to anyone else out there. But, I will say, if you never try, you'll never know :)

      no clue, but I do know jumping rope can help increase your blood flow, which can for some increase the development of bone density. Never hurts to try!

      so many questions! Just start, don't overthink, and begin!
      Typically 3-7 times a week, once a day is enough for stretching/working out. See how your body feels, but should be OK? More doesn't always equal better, but these are mainly stretches, so overall, should feel good!
      The best time is when you can commit and stick to doing them, really.
      Lastly, It's a stretch, not a formula, so there's no exact formula to say when! Maybe it helps or works, maybe not. Your body is so unique compared to anyone else out there. But, I will say, if you never try, you'll never know :)
