Gregory I appreciate you posting these informative, insightful videos and I'd love for you put out the same video...... using the kettlebells that you now sell - the pro-kettlebell. Prior to getting myself a pair of these amazing bells, I thought I had the snatch perfected but I've got some learning to do because I'm still banging my left forearm and occasionally the right forearm. So please do a coaching cue just like this video but using that bell. Thanks Greg!

Looks great. I'm new to kettlebells and I've only got a 20kg KB at the moment, so I guess some care will be needed. The swing movement is a good idea for beginners like me.

The descending phase is always something I have to relearn each season. The half snatch is so much safer. I love this progression though because it offers a road map up to the snatch so I can possibly reverse it to work on weak spots. Lowering the weight is the most challenging, crucial step of working with Kettlebells.

Kettlebell aren't made for training as if the world was going to end. You don't need to do so many repetition that only cause stress on your body You have to train more slowly and focus in breathing and posture without stressing the body. I mean awareness of the body, Mind and breathing. You have to talk with Pavel tsasouline and maybe he is willing to teach you.

Learn to hip hinge, look at the 2 slapping there genitalia with the iron...be better...at the bottom you should be in a legpress position... with plenty of clearance for the big ol bulge...you must have a really long torso and really short arms to not be able to reach your hand lower than your bulge...you know, the kettlebell makes your arm even longer so that doesnt make sense either...
...maybe its time to realize that being 'too much of a man' is only ever a valid excuse to you.
Aw man I cant get it through my legs boyz...must be because i'm so...
...nope... everyone just watched you fail physical then bail out when you had to think about it so then double down on the mental failure...
