I would reccomend the Wilson combat grip. In addition-you can buy the Tungenston weights-that fit in the grip module itself. I have the wilson grips with the weights in all 3 of my Sig P365 pistols. Optics Planet is probably the best place to buy them. The Wilson website will screw you on shipping and the prices at to high. Best of luck, God bless.
I like the original grip module with the pinky extension and 10 round mag (live in shitty CT) with the longer compensated slide and the 3.1” barrel. I carry at 4 o’clock and this set up prints the least and the extra length kinda ensures i wont shoot myself in the ass.
I’m about to purchase one of these but was struggling whether i should get the Xmacro or the X. So if i purchase the XMacro i could just change the grip module to the XL if i wanted?
What about barrels, specifically about the xmacro comp and axg legion? Would I be able to use the barrel from the xmacro (no comp) on the xmacro comp and axg legion?
Good video, I just got my first P365, a XL TacPac. I couldn't find a X-Macro to try, and I wanted the pistol for carry, so I chose the XL. Have you carried the X-Macro?
I have the original ca compliant p365. Could I theoretically get a larger grip module using the original slide, to add the radian afterburner + ramjet? Sorry first firearm with the CA bs.

Perfect for a short slide and a Macro frame. Put a Radian comp on the barrel and you actually have a useful compensated barrel without an overbite.
If you only have the one FCU, you can go NUTS! from micro compact to full size!!!

365x/xl grip with the macro comp slide is the best configuration you can get.

I've carried both. The macro fits my hand better but the XL conceals better. I go back and forth depending on what I'm wearing.

The grip modules are different on the California compliant models due to the magazine disconnect mechanism.

Madtech industries has CA compliant option on there grip modules. Og sig modules but laser stippled. I’m currently waiting for mine to ship.
They also have a Xmacro grip cut down to fit the 3.1"
Thats why you get the Wilson Combat XMacro Short for the original 3.1 slide.
I only use the Wilson Combat Grips. The standard issue Sig grips do not work for me. The best and most price friendly upgrade in my mind.
Just be careful with your holster. It might not fit do to the added width of the xmacro frame.
So the wilson combat x macro shore frame still hold seventeen round, but it fits the original p 365 slide flush ?
