@@shivamrai137 Colchicine a medication for acute attacks of gout. If you have no symptoms of gout, it is just harmfull.
Guys, please stop caring about your lab values. They are more or less useless without symptoms. Stay thin, eat healthy, excercise, and live your life. Don't chase some meaningless lab value with almost no clinical significance outside of acute disease.
This is coming from an internist and primary care physician.

My CRP on 4th May was 1.3 and RTPCR tested on 2nd May was positive with eCt value =29 IL6 & D dimer well with in Range .Now Oxygen Saturation is 96/97/98 & Pulse rate. 66-- 70. Temp.is up to 98.3 range.Weakness is there. 15 dqys period is also over. Can We Take protein Rich Diet as Cheese etc because some times inflammation in Legs and feet.Will Protein rich diet effect CRP level.please advise.

NOTE : difference between CRP test and hsCRP test . regular CRP test will be higher. A s CRP is a high sensitivity CRP . Look into if your test CRP or hsCRP ?
Find the cause, is it due to food, or lack of sleep, or stress, or over weight , or has any infection, or too much sugar , whatever the cause correct it
Try intermittent fasting along with exercise, turmeric, green tea omega 3 and ginger.. it will help a lot

My CRP level was 19.0, I was able to decrease it to 1.0

Taking vitamin c everyday and getting vitamin d from sunlight after dinner I walk outside everyday. One hour of brisk walking can lower your CRP levels. I had to change my diet. I’ve been eating more fruits and vegetables. Getting enough sleep. I’ve been drinking 6-8 glasses of water a day to flush out the inflammation in my body.

Your results are for hs-CRP and you forgot genetic risk
