Love this formation the passing triangles between the fullback , CDM and wide cams and then the CDM ,wide cam and striker really help when someone is high pressing you .

Thank you Neal! Struggled the whole day to complete the last stage before the elite division and after using this formation I won every game. Almost no one was able to handle that heavy pressing this formation is creating.

Neil could you do an update on the 4321? Started using as a pressing formation with fullbacks on balanced found it to be really successful but there’s a clear difference tactically on new gen and old wondered what your take would be for older gen, appreciate the content 👊🏽
I was playing 4 4 2 in Elite div last night 8 out of 9 games drew 1. Was playing both wingers stay forward with both cm on balanced and it was most fun I've had this year score 5 to 7 goals a game. Sure it was long ball and direct passing 55 depth 4 in box 2 corners
@@MrSamson528 could you please clarify? Are you saying if I start the game with Cancelo at LB but change him into a CAM when in game, his chem will stay at 10?
see my 3-5-2 videos on Friday for the meta set up layout, I would use those as opposed to just copying these as they "will" work but wont directly work with the formation itself, in all honesty I just checked they are quite similar but for example dont forget instructions override tactics, so 3 strikers on stay forward, will always stay forward

what’s the way you run it? ima trying to get better at the formation since i usually use the 4231 narr 433 hold and a 352

@@RedKyojin55 @zee moving a player in game doesn’t affect their chemistry. Chemistry is only affected on the balance formation.

Nah, this is an amazing all game tactic. 424 is the ultra attacking option.
