I did try this, but I had to change to Fast build up and balanced for attacking, long balls and forward runs just wasn't doing it for me. And I can tell this is so much more compact and concede way less goals. Thank you!

This is the first run of FIFA in years and I was only just starting to enjoy the game until this patch lands. Now, I can’t win a game and am getting hammered by what seems to be mechanic abuse and the game has just become too fast - it’s a glorified pinball game. I’d love to know how some players can smash you on every tackle/challenge and no foul?? The game is not fun to play at the moment for me and if this patch isn’t reversed I may as well quit. It just becomes infuriating and I don’t need that in my life ~ nobody does
Your correct about the fouls or lack of. 95 percent of the games are against people who play like Bolton under big same. Sit deep defend and hit long diagonal balls to quick wingers. It's a truly miserable experience

Have used the same tactics in a 4222...its just awesome for me....i cant use the 4231 in attack. Thanks for putting more light about the POHT
Im still struggling to get out the press. Some how my opponent turns on full press and my players just crumble. What can i do to counter that? Its becoming very frustrating to even string passes together
Use the a 4-3-3 formation. With quick 1-2 passes and you have use the wingers to get out of the pressure. Works for me when the constant pressures just have to get use to using this formation and learn how to use it.
Also use the D-Pad to turn on “Hug the Sidelines” it stretches out the players in the pitch and you could always lob the balls over to someone in the wing

Neal get in behind for the ST? U changed it in the video but you were talking about stay forward on the ST and the CAM. Just want to confirm.

Why does some teams i come against have players that react and move quicker than my players. We have the same playera and same chemistry. And please tell me u have noticed that all the french playera have been over powered

For what it’s worth, I switched to 4231 last week after a run on bad games. Unfortunately, I’ve become a bit of a through ball merchant but it’s been much competitive.

4231 is such a boring tactics. Please upload some fun tactics like your 433 or any fun attacking tactics like 4321

Hey Neal...people are playing drop back.....so one striker is very hard to pass through.
I use my central cam as a second striker
why do you hardly ever change your team? For example, you could improve that Messi and also the french cm I personally don't think he's fit for RB

Hi. thanks for the video, why is so many people using a 4-3-3 variation on champions?
Hi the formation you see on loading screen, usually people use such formation for better links. 433 has less links required hence if you mix of players from different leagues 433 is a good formation to link them. In game, people change formation by changing game plan. So don't always believe that loading screen formation is always used
Lost 50 of 60 matches. I have the only Prime R9 that can't score and whos team is reluctant to do anything really.... prob going to hear "I'm garbage" regardless of Elite last season with 3800 points barely trying and 18 wins a WL. Can't even pass or dribble all blocked now, goal against every match single within 20 seconds against sht teams
I'd rather lose to someone that has mastered skill moves and knows how to time them correctly, than someone spamming through balls hoping one will eventually stick. This patch is a win, at least for me.

New patch for the skill spunkers footballs dead again wait 2 months and it will go back the other way .25 shots to 3 they do 13 back swivells 18 triple salcos 14 rabonasss 26 lollipops they shoot its 2 of my defenders hits maradona on the bench and goes in !! Ile be back in 2 months ' i would rather be poked in the eye with a shitty stick football is dead again!!

Who said it's a rat? Don't listen to this community, 5212 is one of the most attacking formations, they just see 5 and become clueless and think it's pTB, do what you enjoy.

yeah i think you need to learn the basics of FIFA then not think a "tactic" dosent work lol, ill strongly urge you to watch the videos how to attack, trigger runs, pass etc because from experience people who say that just randomly search tactics and think its going to save them.
I can give my mum and F1 car dosent mean shes going to even be second last in the race

How bloody rude! Here's an idea 💡 if you don't like understanding how or why the tactics work then maybe don't watch my man's Videos! You don't have to be rude! Maybe try using a formation and tactic of your own rather than copying someone else's and expecting to be as good as them! I personally use a 3-4-1-2 formation, I used it before the patch and personally think with a couple of tweaks to def width and depth its now a good defending formation as you defend with 5 plus 2 cms holding also great for attacking as you attack with 2 st 1 cam 2 wingers and the 2 cms stopping quick counter attacks, can also manual press high up the pitch.

@@shushhhl6597 i start every game on balanced with 3 4 1 2 which gives me 100 chem, I play with slow build up and direct passing with balanced def, 40 width depth 60, so right from the start im in my opponents face looking for a couple of goals while my team is fresh and full of energy, my attack option is the same formation but I change press after pos loss and change depth to 70, I also make my attacking width 60 so I pull opposition out of shape all over the pitch. I get 2 or 3 early goals and if they don't quit I switch to ultra defensive using a 5-3-2 formation with my two wingers as wingbacks and my 2 CMs (kante and 90 rice) from 3412 playing as CDMs kante holding and rice going forward everyone on come back on defence apart from my 2 strikers as I want a fast outlay for quick counters so when I win the ball outside my box fter soaking up pressure I pass off to my Cam and 2 strikers to try to hit a killer 3td or 4th goal. After the patch the defending has got a lot harder but I enjoy the defensive side of the game hence why I play with 3 CBs, they can come down my wings as much as they want as they can't score from there as soon as they get near my box my players swamp them and 95% of time I win the ball! I let in more wonder goals than goals from inside the box as 3 centre backs and 2 wingers playing as wingbacks dont give much space or time around my box! First 15-20 mins are most important IMO as your players are fresh and opposition hasn't had time to figure out your playstyle which is very hard for them to pick up on with so many attacking options open. Smash and grab 2 goals on first 15-20mins and most people quit if they don't then they find it nearly impossible to try to get the 2 -3 goals back and end up leaving spaces all over the pitch. So end up making it easier for you to score! Yes I concede goals but i always score more than them and as my defence are not on any clean sheet bonuses then I don't care how many I concede as long as I score more 😁 happy days and Good luck if you try this strat!
