Thank you so much for all you do. May the Lord keep you and bless you
You're welcome. God bless you as well!
Can you make a tutorial on the strumming pattern? I was confused on how to play it when you just see DUDUDU and so on. Thank you! One of my favorite praise songs.
Thank you for sharing lyrics with the chords.. This is very helpful to me as learning to play guitar for the church. God bless you. Please keep sharing worship songs with chords like this.
So talented and amazing 😍🤩🎉🎉🎉
Very good!
thanks for this.
You're welcome!
Wish he made this video using a more beginner friendly rhythm to play along with. DDUUDU works perfect for this song.
Thank you so much🙏🏽💎
Love your style. Could you do NO LONGER A SLAVE ? it's a powerful song. Thx
Hey, glad you like it. I'll add that song to my list to draw from for future tutorials. Thanks for the suggestion!!

What is the strum pattern for the song?
Hey Alexa. I have an updated version to this song tutorial that uses a much easier strum pattern (The Driving Pattern). You can check that tutorial out here: simplifiedguitar.com/blessed-be-your-name/

Does it matter what fingering you use? For Em I have two fingers on the second and third thickest strings on fret two and all the fingerings I use are different from yours except for G
The Em you are referring to is the traditional way to play it, and there's nothing wrong with it. I teach different chord variations that fit better together within a chord family. They make transitioning easier and sound better within a particular chord family (in my opinion). This isn't required, but just the way I teach it. You can learn those by getting my free ebook "Hobby Guitar" at the link below:

Simplified Guitar Oh okay. I understand. Thank you! :)
God Bless You 💕
This wasn't that good of a tutorial. There are rhythms that you should explain instead of having the DUDUDUDU with some highlights. It's was confusing
