Brilliant! I remember that footage when you first showed it. DCBL got some of what they deserved (10 grand wasn't enough. It's $12,973.65 for our colonial friends)
Me. Hussain should've done some bird for that forced entry.
I hope the 10 grand makes the victim of DCBL's disgusting behaviour sleep a little better.
My advice to him would be settle all debts and then look for a council exchange to somewhere nicer. Staying in the place where it happened means he'll forever be reminded of that day.
I speak from experience. A move to somewhere the claimant likes would be a refreshing new start.
All the best to him! 🍻

However, if you record it.. the camera doesn’t lie or take sides.. the police will and do lie.
I can assure you anything on their bodycam that helps your case will be edited out.. or better yet.. these criminals will claim the hard drive is corrupt, or the footage mysteriously gone missing..🙄

This is interesting. Twice we’ve lived somewhere with bailiffs looking for previous occupants. First place a letter was put through the door. I called and the bailiffs said they were going to come round for documentary evidence that I wasn’t the person they were looking for or remove items from the property. I know I had some words to say, but we moved before they came round. The second place I was at work and I could see the bailiffs on our Ring doorbell. We watched them from work. They went to the neighbours and came back to the house and stayed for ages ringing banging on the door, they came back a few times. I called the bailiffs and they said they were going to keep visiting because it’s the address on record. I knew a bit more about information governance by now so let rip with a load of legal terms. They never came back.
