- That unscrupulous firm of thugs and ne'er do wells - DCBL - have just taken a beating in court thanks to solicitor Iain Gould, barrister Stephen Goodfellow, Crimebodge and of course the victim who stood up to them.
Iain Gould has written up the outcome of the case on his website here:

A job well done.
Hi crimebodge been following you for a while now and you do a fantastic job on police security etc however been watching auditors getting arrested for all sorts of things comments suggest they get in touch with you but others state you dont like them and havnt got time for them is this true mate ??
@ Crimebodge. Did you see that old woman get punched and floored by a policeman at Trafalgar Square yesterday? 26th Sep.
Mr Gould you should be knighted for your fine amazing work .....hat of to you
@@jamessomying do you have a video? or are you expecting crimebodge to have been there at that exact moment?
As someone suffering with Depression. DCBL's defense of "This guy's been through plenty of hardship, so a little more won't hurt" is downright repugnant.
Absolutely disgusting
Agreed, The guy needed a helping hand not a hand slapping him back down.
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing! It’s disgusting.
£10,000 and costs was not enough judge let them off light.
@@limey8489 It really is.
"It's completely wrong to treat innocent members of the public like that. Well, unless they're Depressed, then it's fine lol."
If DCBL fail to pay then the claimant can employ his own High Court Enforcement Officer and enter their HQ and seize assets. Great result for the claimant😊👍👍
That I would like to see.
It's a small fine tho.
Yes.
If that happens I would certain assist to give the man a bit of money toward paying for the court bailiffs to activate that and see on video Mr crimebodge does excellent work.
Hell tell us the time an place an we will show up on the day 😂
They tried to defend their actions by claiming that ‘they were only kicking someone who was already down’??? That’s a novel approach.
Beautifully put.
The 'Pile it on' defence. It's a new one on me. Shocking indeed.
That’s how sick this world is becoming with the unlawful Covid 19 shite!!
eddiebruv bloody outrageous
It probably worked hence why the guy only got £10k he should got more
Why aren’t these people stripped of their licences to operate for being unfit which they clearly are?
Lets not forget mr Bohill and mr brason are masons... Check out David brason and his multitude of companies.
The bailiff involved no longer worked for the company and they refuse to turn over unredacted documents to the court. Very strange, unless the address was nowhere near the house they entered.
@Alpha Momentum Your bang on and if its money owed to a borough the courts will always show favour on them.Taxing drug dealers carriers no conscience because there spread misery, taking off people who have fell on hard time and worse with family's takes a low type of person to have the stomach to do that job.
@Alpha Momentum Valid point Alpha.
@Alpha Momentum Well i 'll stand with you Alpha,i've stood for what i've believed is right all my life even if it goes against the grain and like your self if it means getting angry so be it.This subject is one of a few that gets under my skin .
If the company refuses to supply documents to the court they should NEVER be given court business again.
They tried to use GDPR as a reason, the same regulations they broke.
Good judge.
But if i was the judge, i would have gave the bailiff 5 years.
& deport
Unfortunately, the offenses are civil torts, not criminal offenses and therefore the victim can only recoup money damages, not incarceration.
@@TheMangoMussolini Fraud is the criminal charge, for acting as a high court agent
10k should have been 100k, stop them doing it again,
If this was the US it WOULD have been 10 MILLION. In the UK these "damages" are NEVER punitive (as they should be) because the we can't have the plebs getting above themselves or the judges who, have a vastly overinflated self importance complex
Right! 10 grand is F'all these days and the judge knows it. He should have got enough to get out of the shithole he was living in. The Bailiff should have done time also.
Ballifs would definitely die in America.
To be fair considering when even school kids can't guarantee getting home alive in America that statement doesn't mean much!
No, you have bounty hunters instead.
Swiss cheese when the ambulance crew arrived.
@@kevinthatcher2376 your right, those Bastards do get away with murder sometimes
kevin thatcher lol! Very true mate
£10,000 isn't enough. Should have been a lot more, poor guy
It should be a big enough number so that DCBL would never do it again. I would say £1million starting point.
Yeah that shocked me. Pocket change for them.
10k is hardly a deterent.. add at least another 0 and they may think to change their practice.
And also the H.C.E.O should be made to pay half, and get a criminal record as he was the person enforcing it.
Ten grand is a descent sum, but you are right. He does deserve more. I thing they should double that amount as a deterrent to these asshole companies.
So glad the poor guy got his win against these corrupt bastards.
Walk in my house like that he would not be walking out
im thinking that too
You must own a lot of handbags 🤣👍🏻
This would be one of the times I would be violent the thought of someone just barging into my yard. A couple of days ago a copper came up to me and just out of no ware opened my car door, I lost my shit I just lost it completely I was swearing I told him about himself, what i found most shocking he apologised twice even so ever since I have been jumpy anyone walks too close to me i want to push them away physically it effected me to the point I am too scared to go out. So God help anyone trying that in my home (I used to feel safe in the car) its the only place I feel safe.
@@NessysSanctuary different in the uk. They have a habit of threatening you with a section 4/5 if you even look like youre about to shout at them. Cops in london will never say sorry or admit mistake.
@@rukuspov3059 He tried the section 5 , the having the car towed and arrest I was too far gone I did not not care at that point. I am in the UK that's why I was shocked when he apologised I have never had one do that before.
This is great news. The award should have been 50 times that amount.

Now imagine if this wasn’t recorded
@Oxy The Moronic Genius. how was it mate? Thinking about imagining it myself..
@Oxy The Moronic Genius. did anyone die?
@Oxy The Moronic Genius. boring
They would of got away with it
Enter my home without a warrant or permission expect never to leave.
I'd allow them to leave but they would have no eyes.
@bc Cos you blow em?
lol
They would never get past me.
5.56 to the chest
Good for you, crimebodge. If only we had more like you.
@Jason Hurst I remember the Cook report mate.
DCBL, as seen on can't pay, we'll take it away. should change to DCBL as seen on Crime Bodge
funny fact that cant pay was taken off air cause people were sueing channel 5 for privacy issues
If that guy came into my house without a warrant he would have left on a stretcher.
I would have said, if he tried to enter - he'd have left on his backside
Exactly, I dont understand how people arent defending themselves.. if somebody came go my home , warrant or not, I'd make sure they took a few bruises before they entered
@zak even better, shows you defending yourself. Shows that people are breaking into ur house unlawfully and u felt ur life was at stake so I defended myself
Anthony Fitzgerald he was a vulnerable person did you not listen
Tough guy eh
Who ever this bailiff is he should be sought out and prosecuted. Do as you would be done by.
immune from trespass ?!?! hahaha.where do they find these numptys
The Consumer Action Group. They are the one's who have been propagating this nonsense misinterpretation of statutory law. They are the ones who defamed me when I suggested the alternative. Unfortunately the 'debt forums' of that particular message board has been infiltrated by professional bailiff companies.
@@crimebodge7274 he can go anywhere he wants apparently... unchecked, like some pakistani where's wally
What REALLY annoys and disgusts me, is that they can find some scumbag who will try to defend them. Proving many of that profession have little to no morality.
uk po-lice & judiciary are riddled with freemasonic corruption
THIS HAS CHEERED ME UP NO-END! as this footage haunted me when i first watched in horror for the occupant! who was clearly being overpowered an bullied, as i cringed furiously. A HAPPY ENDING FOR THE VICTIM I HOPE,
I salute you Sir.
Here's wishing you many years of being the smallest of thorns in the foot of the mammoth of the system.
Bravo👌👍💪
That is a good one to get a court judgement on.
Why doesn't the Court issue a Subpoena to the "Bailiff" forcing them to give evidnece.
ye i wonder why....
If forced entry is how he rolls I wonder how many elderly he has put on the streets that never had a voice.
We need many good solicitors.
@Certi Fam lmfao tru
We do, and the fact that they are so very thin on the ground is a good indictment of how the law works and in which favour.....
As there’s millions of bad ones evidently just scrap them at together
When you give a fool power, the fool will be foolish with this power.
*this is great news*
God Bless you fella - I have a HUGE smile and almost teary at the thought this poor guy had his result and I hope this trespass and assault and damages did not affect his mental condition further than the poor bloke went through. DCBL need to be CLOSED DOWN. They think they're above the law and the law thinks its above the law some of the time. Tyrants must be taken DOWN ! no matter who they are !
Fantastic result. Well done to all involved 👏 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Yes bro💙🏴
£10,000 not much really i'd guess at 3 months wages for one of DCBL's thugs, hardly enough to deter then from doing this again
Yes but its not bad for a "days work' for the claimant
@@adelesmith7827 Not really a days work though is it. The stress of the event to a depression sufferer and then months of legal comings and goings. Being cross examined in court like an accussed criminal. All with the worry that if he loses he will have thousands in costs to pay out. FAR more than a days work.
I doubt it's 3 months, I don't think they'd pay their low level staff almost 3.5 grand a month

I’m glad there was justice, these thugs should get taken to court more often
I'm so glad you help people is very honourable of you
This is why you record everything
I almost got 6 points on my license because I wasn’t recording and police tried to lie. They tried to ram me off my dirt bike as I was about to pull over... so I took off and hid it. They couldn’t find it so I didn’t get charged but yeah, they could’ve done some serious damage if I didn’t swerve.
Well done Rob mate, I have followed your case over the last two years when you put the video up. I love the way you got for the jugular and don't stop ti;l you get a gallon or so.
Absolutely brilliant!! Well done!
This shows these wretched parasites for what they are! And that they have no right to carry out their insecurities out on the public!
These bailiffs would need more than the old bill to get through my door like Hussain did to Neil.Cheers Crimebodge for sticking it out until its conclusion. And Ian Gould as well. 🇮🇪
Well done good work for taking the arrogant overbearing bastards at DCBL down.
Once again you have highlighted the injustice so prevalent in these power hungry professions on people who are vulnerable and distressed. Keep up the good work.
Immensely satisfying
The agent looks like a nooc. Horrible people.
@Paul McKenna oh dear.....
10k, that's lovely. This one was particularly aggravating at the time, the second I saw the thumbnail I remembered the incident. Super happy they actually were held to account
Excellent work! DCBL were ludicrous in all their attempts at defending this case.
Brilliant, congratulations to all, yourself included, stirling work.
£10k ??? Should have been £100k . Thanks for updating , I remember watching the original video and couldn’t believe it .
I have been waiting so long to see the end result of this, I remember how distressed he was on the phone asking for help.and they didn't give a dam, the poor soul was on his own, but I can now cheer at the final result, I give my thanks.
Excellent! These bullies need dealing with.
They don't have to put up with bailiffs like this in Scotland. For this company to refuse to provide proof the bailiff was a certified high court enforcement officer makes me think he wasn't.
Laura Walker was just about to say I'm so glad they can't use these tactics here. It's scary af 😡
Rages me watching that
Outstanding!
I hope DCBL does not pay.
Then it can be transferred to the high court and a High Court Enforcement officer can pop round to DCBL offices and put all their computer equipment into a truck to sell.
*I invite Mr Hussein to try and enter my house. It would be over very quickly.*

Brilliant! I remember that footage when you first showed it. DCBL got some of what they deserved (10 grand wasn't enough. It's $12,973.65 for our colonial friends)
Me. Hussain should've done some bird for that forced entry.
I hope the 10 grand makes the victim of DCBL's disgusting behaviour sleep a little better.
My advice to him would be settle all debts and then look for a council exchange to somewhere nicer. Staying in the place where it happened means he'll forever be reminded of that day.
I speak from experience. A move to somewhere the claimant likes would be a refreshing new start.
All the best to him! 🍻

Low yes, probably at least £30,000 in legal fees too
Imagine, the bailiff now has bailiff going after them for £10k!!!😂😂😂
The video helped massively in court.. always record the bailiff and the police.. they all criminals.
Never open your door to them.
They aren't all criminals. But it is like a fire extinguisher, good to have just in case.
You're right, I met a policeman that was fair 30 years ago.
@@OmniscientWarrior
You against a lying officer in court.. I bet the judge and jury will believe you.. yeah right!🙄
However, if you record it.. the camera doesn’t lie or take sides.. the police will and do lie.
I can assure you anything on their bodycam that helps your case will be edited out.. or better yet.. these criminals will claim the hard drive is corrupt, or the footage mysteriously gone missing..🙄
DO YOU WANT TO TAKE THAT CHANCE?
Better to treat all of them as criminals so you take the necessary precautions and NEVER let your guard down ever!!!
these soulless goons should also be charged with Impersonating a police officer. The combat attire, the arrogance, the stupidity, and the narcissism all point to unhinged individuals drunk on power and control. AKA our boys in blue.

This really is a breath of fresh air. I was half expecting some of Neil's claims would be put out to pasture but I'm glad the Judge accepted everything and took all notes on board. Very rare to see an unbiased Judge these days and this atleast a very small amount, gives me _some_ hope.

This is interesting. Twice we’ve lived somewhere with bailiffs looking for previous occupants. First place a letter was put through the door. I called and the bailiffs said they were going to come round for documentary evidence that I wasn’t the person they were looking for or remove items from the property. I know I had some words to say, but we moved before they came round. The second place I was at work and I could see the bailiffs on our Ring doorbell. We watched them from work. They went to the neighbours and came back to the house and stayed for ages ringing banging on the door, they came back a few times. I called the bailiffs and they said they were going to keep visiting because it’s the address on record. I knew a bit more about information governance by now so let rip with a load of legal terms. They never came back.
I cannot believe that DCBL say that breaking into someone’s house will not harm as the person suffered a lot before, it’s frustrating.
The bailiff's bosses failed seriosly in not finding out if this person knew his duties under the LAW.
Excellent. I really felt for the occupant. He seemed genuinely scared
