As part of my training learned that in a situation like this, I was there purely to prevent/stop a breach of the peace. Believe it or not, if asked if I was a constable, I could produce my warrant card to prove the fact that I was! I was not there to take sides. When I was a teenager (40 years ago) I really wanted to be a cop. They did good, they helped us, we all respected them. Now I despise them, over the last 20 years I have seen so many of them repeatedly lie, bully, assault, break the law and be political pawns. Willingly and without remorse. And it's not just the UK, I've also seen it all over Australia and New Zealand as well. Very sad, they are destroying their own country.
No they didn't. They've always been establishment boot boys, just look at the policing by the Met in Yorkshire forty years ago, nothing more than thugs.
It's a fact that british soldiers dressed in police uniforms were part of the government crackdown on the miners strike in the 1980's, particularly at Orgreave when Channel 4 news deliberately showed the events the wrong way around, ie: they showed the police/soldiers retaliating to an assault by the miners when in fact it was the miners who retaliated to a police charge that was unwarranted and totally unlawful. The police receive military training, that tells you all you need to know just whose side they're on.

They should have given their names also; which would enable you to trace them back to the station they operate out of. Could put in a formal complaint to the Chief Constable. Involving misconduct and malfeasance in public office.
Right now there are no MPs to ask to intervene by asking the Chief Constable to explain why these officers failed to follow the law - (even on a bank holiday.)

Good point too. Criminal law is the only law where the fictional man's creation "a person" most closely resembles the creator's creation a Man. This why the only way to deal with such cases is to file criminal cases against another private individua. Pay attention how a man in a police uniform completely changed his behaviour once Richard asked him about is he a constable and under oath. He has gone. He understood that something is not right and if he would carry on he would be liable by Criminal laws. Richard did the best by asking this questio. He is the first whom I see on YT asked this. And it has completely turned the table in people's favour. For People who is doing police audits on YT this is the first question they may try to ask to police uniformed figures when they start to talk with them. Is this not a winner? If it is not, i do not know what it is. Cheers.

Wouldn’t it be great,if the police helped the people, instead of immediately siding with the bailiffs, but as we have seen with the two tier policing at protests recently
This I believe, is why there are no Police Constables serving the public any more. The money, paid by Council Tax, is paid to a Corporation, and the Police now serve as an enforcement arm for these matters on behalf of the Corporations. Perhaps this is another justification for refusing to pay Council Tax unless they stop acting in accordance with these Bailiffs?
So they can spare several so called police officers to assist the bailiffs and yet I cannot recall the last time I saw a constable on the beat. Yet another example of what so wrong in this twisted world.
Myself and stories from several neighbours, police don't have the resources to respond to crime. It is not incompetence or lack of money. It's to demoralise us all

I have witnessed one such fraudulent case where 'rat catcher'Rob tried to make a citizen's arrest of the fake judge. He was manhandled by security men & bundled away. Well done Richard. You handled the Police very well. It is one thing to know the ins and outs of the rules, but quite something else to deal with this sort of thing directly. You did very well to remain calm. I do hope Julia wasn't to upset by this incident. It is yet another symptom of our corrupt system. It makes me quite angry to see good people treated this way.
Some years ago that happened to my daughter they clamped her car on her private driveway which they are not allowed to do and she stopped them by jumping into the car preventing them from lifting it. The problem is these people working as Enforcement agents are debt collectors who have no Lawful powers. So you really need to know how to deal with them and you really do not want the treasonous police constables getting involved because they do not understand the Law they do not respect decisions made In our high courts they don't even understand the difference between being a Constable and being an officer. On this platform, there is an interview with a senior member of the Judiciary the late Master of the Rolls Lord Bingham in which he states, if someone owes a debt we do not send around thugs to extract the money. He was obviously living in his sacred tower out of touch with what the people are going through. Sorry to see this happened to Julia if she was assaulted then that is a criminal matter and you have to report it to the police. You can also take out a tort against those responsible and the CEO of the debt-collecting company. This makes my blood boil and we need mass non resistance to stop it and turn it around.
@@emilyuk3570 My advice is the same advice I gave to my daughter jump in the car refuse to get out if they threaten to call the police tell them to do so and remind them this is a civil matter. When they give up, you then remind them as they are leaving a maxim of law is he who leaves the battlefield first is the loser. They can never come back and pick off where they left off. My daughter said that and they never came back and the matter was ended the council acting in ultra vires had issued a parking fine against her in violation of English Constitutional Law and statute law. Until people read up and understand about our English Constitution the UK government will continue to violate the social contract and abuse its powers. You can find plenty of good information not only in law books that explain what the English Constitution is all about, you can find out interesting facts by looking at the English Revolution of 1688. In novels about Tudor England. The book I am currently reading germane to this is God's Englishman by Christopher Hill its about Oliver Cromwell. On the first page it gives a Cromwell quote: " We are English, that is one good fact." Oliver Cromwell to Parliament 17 September 1656

Then you should ask them if they have sworn any oaths during any Freemason ceremony and do any of those oaths have any impact on their Police work.
Or they'd simply say 'No'.
exactly...so many masons in police, government
😂😂
Why? What is the point?
The Freemasons are away with the fairies!!!
*THAT'S THE POINT!!!*
40 years ago my best mtes older brother joined the old bill ,went to hendon got his warrent card worked at hornsey nick. he left after like 6 months because in his own words ''i didnt want to be a c - - t'' and he wouldnt go into any depth on what happened but it must have freaked him right out. that said it all
the name of their firm is called "HIGH COURT BALIFFS". Scammers.
Surely it's against the law to impersonate police.
A Service Corporation.
Hi Janice you would certainly think so everyone out to milk the system so corrupted
Dig deeper on companies House, then watch Gary Waterman .
If the Crown/Courts cared, this company would not be allowed to use that name. They are all complicit.
That’s aggravated trespass. With an assault claim surely? That police officer needs reporting. I hope you took their shoulder numbers as they failed to answer your questions & act in a manner that stopped Julia from becoming alarmed & distressed. As for the bailiff they need to show ID. If they don’t identify themselves they’re committing a crime.
TOOLS
They should have given their names also; which would enable you to trace them back to the station they operate out of. Could put in a formal complaint to the Chief Constable. Involving misconduct and malfeasance in public office.
Only towards the people they are acting against… not the public.
Right now there are no MPs to ask to intervene by asking the Chief Constable to explain why these officers failed to follow the law - (even on a bank holiday.)
@@charliesmith_ You are at liberty to do it directly. All you need to know is the contact E-mail address. And the art of writing in representation of yourself, acting in your own power. As a sovereign man, or woman.
I hope she presses charges bless her. That’s common assault.
That copper was very uncomfortable once he realised he was on camera. They can give it but they can’t take it. What about the dim wit standing behind him with her hands resting inside the body protector? It’s like watching kids in a playground!
A friend of mine a now retired majistrate, told me quite seriously that in all her years on the Bench,
she met very few honest policemen.
Hope Julia is okay buddy , sending love from Scotland ❤️🏴
Thank you for coming back to let us know your news. 😊❤
Happened with Alex Belfield in just the same way.
And quite rightly so. A nasty human being.
As a small boy I was told "never trust a copper". Many years later, I now understand why😮
Yes, the name Wayne Couzens springs to mind
It amazes me to see so many police turning up for situations that are adequately dealt with by a single officer who actually knows the law.
Hope you are both ok….for Gods sake, what is going on in the U.K. Thanks for ALL you do ❤
The police are a disgrace aiding and abetting with these criminal enforcers. They will be held personally accountable 🙏pleased Julia is ok. X
From what I observed, the first policeman's body language spoke volumns. Please protect that footage because I don't believe those were sworn policemen.
I think they are just policy enforcers in uniform.
Neither do I ! I think they are regiment 77 sent to frighten yours truly Richard
@@anneofgreengables1619 thats what they have always been hahahaha
Cheers.
I am always amazed to find out that a judge who cannot just enter ones property can 'authorize' by way of his/her signature can??? And when there is no signature gives the document even more 'authority' to do so??? What a world we live in!!!
Good on you Julia for standing your ground, i hope that your x helped.
Fake money, fake 'law', fake medicine, fake food........
What a mess this country is in. Shameful 😡
Global unfortunately
This country is a a terrible state , judge a county by its leaders , it’s so true ,
This country is a cross between Islamic State and ALCATRAZ.
Islamic State have been sold a white elephant... WELCOME TO THE KILLING FIELDS... WE ARE ALL PLUGGED INTO THE POWER GRID!!!
People need to start having local meetings to discuss the issues people have that need addressing before these authorities get involved...if people don't start helping one another then this will get worse...it could happen to anyone.
Broken Britain.
Wouldn’t it be great,if the police helped the people, instead of immediately siding with the bailiffs, but as we have seen with the two tier policing at protests recently
I HOPE YOU AND YOUR GOOD LADY ARE BOTH OK NOW.GOD BLESS YOU FOR EVERYTHING YOU DO. FROM TERRY AND HAZEL IN THE UK.
You won't see any constables on the beat because there are no beats anymore.
Yet you can’t get one to turn up for a burglary
Same with the London protests. They always seem understaffed for some that carry a certain flag, yet well armed for others that carry an Union jack.
Constables on the beat, that only appeared in 'Ladybird' books.
Myself and stories from several neighbours, police don't have the resources to respond to crime. It is not incompetence or lack of money. It's to demoralise us all
Bless you Richard & friends for rushing to Julia's rescue as she was being violated by thugs. This is why we must have community to help one another in times like this. 💖
Yes, we must build back communities. 🙏
Sounds like there's an assult charge against someone
iwouldv’e thought the same!Bloody nose,split lip,??ouchhh!!Violence surely!!
I've had bailiffs come, I just keep the door shut, tell them it's a civil matter and they leave me alone eventually, sometimes after trying the doors to try and gain access, but I keep them locked
I wish the Black Belt Barrister would get behind you Richard on these issues as well as getting behind Colchester council watch
The public need protection from so called authority
My friend was a County Court Balif Manager From what he tells me from there strict guidelines they just wouldnt be allowed to turn up and do that. Glad Julia is ok
They are working for the corporations and the establishment. Ordinary people are sideline

Oh my goodness this is very scary! I was shocked to see how you were all treated ! I do hope that this is resolved and you get answers to the questions that you raised !
The cop couldnt cope with those questions could he?,? Bring it on..power to the people.,cheers to Julie snd Richard! High vibes to you both! In love and light.
The smugness and arrogance of these public servants is at least incredible. We, the people, as far as I know pay their salaries. I'm disgusted. These clowns obviously have to learn again how to serve the people accordingly to their oath.
They should stop taking indoctrinated graduates into the police & return to recruiting from those leaving the Armed Forces.
Unless things have changed the police do not take an oath to serve the people. They are sworn to uphold the King's Peace which is subtly different.
@@barlowalan Let the king pay them.
He didn't have a clue
Crown servants don't protect the public, they Police the public.
Very brave Julia!!!, we all stand with you, we’re in this fight together xx
They're trying to put the pressure on you I think because of the excellent work you do.
Bully boys and their aides. People have no clue who have a legal standing and who don't I was a victim of one of these 'enforcement officers' and lost £8000 that I will never be able to get back and, all because I was scared of being taken to court. Turns out it was just a debt collector who had no right to take my money as they had simply bought my debt. I should have just thanked them but instead was bullied into paying up. I am wiser now!

Good man for supporting those who need the knowledge. I mention your name frequently and positively in conversations with those who are unsure of their rights regarding a wide range of issues. You are absolutely right about empowering. Your efforts are greatly appreciated. With respect
I am SORRY that you all had to go through this! I am back in the U.K. from escaping from Saudi Arabia and the U.K. is NOT the same! 🔵🔴
Good lord they sent out Big Burtha to try and intimidate you. Noticed how they have no problem sending out so many officers for a civil matter for an easy intimidation job. Wouldn't be surprised if there have been a few thick brown envelopes on their desks from the bailiffs.
Yet where are they for actual crimes!!
Shocking.
There are a lot of us going through this Julia.
Chin up.😢
Thanks for the upload and keep us updated 👍
God bless you Richard, keep up the good work.
Very sorry to hear that, poor Julia. Very best to you all.
How did Julia get a bloody nose and split lip without violence?
Exactly!. Did not see any claret on Julias’ face?.
@@williamdavies3295 You can clean blood off you know.
I kind of understood that she may have been "unintentionally" elbowed as she tried to stop them clamping the car
@@suolonatio32 "Unintentionally" sounds like something that should have been avoided.
@@suolonatio32 I hope that he was a sufficient gentleman, and indeed man, to apologise most profusely to her.
Thank you so much Richard for putting this out. My best wishes go out to you all as this is a horrible experience you have gone through twice.
I know you will support each other & receive lots of love & support from many but no one should be faced with this situation.
I have net you several times at events and I do not pay council tax or utility bills. I'm 81 years young, live alone & the one bailiff who turned up on my door was met by my visiting son. I had just left & he dealt with the intruder magnificently.
I have since received a 'court' summons, no name, no signature for an appearance at Portsmouth Crown court in June.
I have witnessed one such fraudulent case where 'rat catcher'Rob tried to make a citizen's arrest of the fake judge.
He was manhandled by security men & bundled away.
I've put a notice on Winchester C C & current bailiffs knowing they are acting unlawfully. There is still a slight fear but I will not back down after two years of work to own my sovereignty,; I won't be able to live with myself if I caved in now.
Keep the faith and big hugs to you all.
Well done. You are wonderful and never forget it. Keep up the good fight my sovereign friend. Lovel and hugs to you too.
Huge respect to you, blooming magnificent ❤
This is called fascism.
Marxists invented Fascism.
Mussolini considered himself an 'authoritarian Communist' and a Marxist, describing Karl Marx as 'the greatest of all theorists of Socialism''.

Somebody needs to follow through with finding out who sent the police (authorised them to attend), they are liable for this action.
Certainly made that first bloke you spoke to nervous richard!
Looked like a naughty school-boy who had been found out. He was forced, by embarrassment, to retreat from Richard's perfectly reasonable questions. I'd say that was a win for Richard.
They only ever come with a "notice" and not a signed "warrant"
You poor things. I would have been terrified and not recovered for many many days. Thanks for sharing
You two are amazing! Hope you're ok. SO important to have support. ❤❤❤
Good you are ok
So sorry to hear that sweet Julia was hurt. We know she's strong and knows her rights, and wish her peace and love.
Excellent questioning of Sgt CH510 Richard - 1st question confused him & the 2nd one made him think & together they totally threw him off his overly authoritarian stride and turned his demeanour from Mr Bossy to embarrassed giggling girl in 30 seconds...'I feel like I'm on TV/being interrogated' - classic! Love&Peace
Well done Richard. You handled the Police very well. It is one thing to know the ins and outs of the rules, but quite something else to deal with this sort of thing directly. It is intimidating, to say the least. The reaction of the Police Sergeant amused me. He is clearly unprepared for any challenge and that's how the system works. Essentially, intimidation is their method.
And that is why I decided not to return to live in (what is no longer Great) Britain! No need to ask whether they are thugs as their actions clearly answer in the affirmative. I used to be proud of my British heritage but now I am deeply ashamed.
Sending love and strength to you and Julia and all other victims. Cheering you on loudly from South Africa📣👏👏👏❤💪
You did very well to remain calm. I do hope Julia wasn't to upset by this incident. It is yet another symptom of our corrupt system. It makes me quite angry to see good people treated this way.
Sending love and hugs to Julia ❤❤❤❤❤
Sue them and report the police
Criminal justice Act 2015, ALL the officiers committed a criminal offense.
True, because they should not have allowed harm to be caused!!
How awful for Julia. Hope she feels better soon.
Nothing will happen until they are taken to a real court !!!!!!!!
The system is rigged and fake courts are just as bad
Someone needs to send a copy of this to Lord Bingham so he can get the real picture.
@@veganvivjones4655 I did say the late Lord Bingham he passed on several years ago.
This happened to my son and his car. What options do we have if this happens
Yes, very true!
I’d seek legal advice on this matter.
not from a lawyer
😂 What? Where have you been for the last few years? Perhaps it's time to do a little research into the difference between legal and lawful
Seriously! Just as corrupt!
They need to deal with it themselves, there is plenty of support and knowledge for them!
My heart goes out to Julia. They are thugs. Strange question indeed...avoiding answering a simple question, immediately puts doubt on his legitimacy. Well done Richard for responding so quickly.
