Definitely the best in the UK. He really is a photographer, who started filming when out doing his hobby, Due to the negative treatment he received just for taking pictures, he started his channel, roughly five years ago, to highlight what happens to photographers when out and about in public.
Auditors are heroes!... public servants should be transparent and accountable and the public have the right to know how their money is being spent and not everyone can get out and about to see what services are paid for. Also our servants need to know their privileged place. Most auditors or PINAC activists are not poking the hornets nest but are protecting our rights!
"We are being filmed by cameras everywhere". Well said. It's ridiculous now that I am not allowed to film my own children in a public swimming pool in this country, yet all of the swimming pools now have CCTV cameras pointed at the pool area, and in my local leisure centre they are also in the corridors to the changing rooms just out of sight of the cubicles. Do the people who install these cameras ever actually ask why they need cameras in a swimming pool or changing rooms?. Are they that brainwashed to think there is a legit reason for them?. Back in the 90s this wasn't a problem, now it is. People now have cameras outside their front door. What the hell is this creating in our society and community?. It's creating a society where you can't even trust your neighbours. To think even in the 1980s people still left their front doors open, now every home is becoming like Fort Knox.
Quite right Richard! We are too accepting of these Draconian rules. I made my stand at Sainsburys by refusing to use the self service and going to the customer service booth "maximum of 5 items" with a basketful. I did my research and when they say "only 5 items" I say "I am within my rights to refuse to use the self service as I object to being filmed, so you have the option of putting someone on the tills or I will continue to come here. That shuts them up!!
“If you’re not allowed to be offensive, if you’re not allowed to hurt other people’s feelings, then you don’t have freedom of speech. Well, what do you have? The whole concept of free speech is that you have to defend the rights of people to say things that you disagree with- that may be offensive to you, that may be hateful. Because the minute you let the government decide, the government can decide, ‘what is offensive? What is hateful?’ Well, then they can make anything they want hateful or offensive.”
They actually provide us with a lot of information we wouldnt have necessarily know had they not auditted the area. @@_Why_123 I get your frustration, it must be awful to have to watch videos youre not actually interested in. Maybe you could create your own company, selling brooms and training courses, I'm sure you'd find pure joy in that, as has your response . As for the most of us here, we're a little bit more mentally advanced than that! But I wish you luck in your endeavours.
If only their training was about compassion and mediation, non violent communication, so many children & people are being abused, what a waste, it speaks volumes of the back bone of our society and the desperate need to change.
I'm a huge supporter of any content related to our " freedom" whether it be financial freedom or freedoms in general. I've been a keen photographer from the age of 12 and even have Arial photographs taken of a new bypass being built, that I took when I was about 14. My friend and I did paper rounds for the man that owned a plane and offered to take us up. We of course had to get parents consent, but both our parents knew him anyway, so wasn't an issue. Everyone should bear in mind that "photography is not a crime".
These auditing videos are extremely informative and enlightening. I watch a lot of them and that seems to be the main thing that is being exposed, that company policy trumps law, and that when someone puts a uniform on they think they can talk to and treat people how they like. In fact I get more angry with cops that talk down to, backchat and get snarky with people who film them, than anything physically violent. The cops need to remember they are public servants (dogsbodies even, meaning we can be rude and a little bit aggressive with them if it means rooting out their corruption and highlighting their disgusting behaviour) who ultimately serve the people, not the government or the royals or anyone else.
I stood outside Bank of England and stood there 10 mins with my hands on my ❤ eyes closed and blessed the building. The police were wondering what I was doing but they left me alone. We must raise the frequency to bring in a beautiful world and bless those who need it most.
I've been watching auditors for years now. It's so interesting because they "break the spell" for many people on a daily basis. They educate so many on what real freedom of speech actually looks like, that you don't have to bend over every time a public worker thinks you should. This one channel, San Joaquin Valley Transparency, has gotten _6 police chiefs fired_ by their publications. Nr. 7 is an ongoing process currently. When you consider that, the power of a YT channel to just get corrupt officials off duty, isn't that just impressive? Some auditors have really made it big on youtube. They've become celebrities, effectively. So you can be sure that there are dishonest people in the mix as well, just looking for their own benefit, or even to poison the well. But most are just regular people with a tiny local following. Many are following the example, because they can see that it's ok and even a commendable thing to do. Why not, all you need is knowledge of the law, and a camera. In my country, Finland, it is illegal to film a police station without express authorization. That just outright doesn't fly here. While there is an implied justification for this law, that it merely protects the privacy of members of the public who have been taken in, it's pretty apparent that this creates a safe haven of corruption. The police can feel extra safe from any outside scrutiny. Because anyone who would provide video evidence of corruption on police premises, would automatically be a criminal for videoing it. It's ridiculous, our freedom of speech is simply done away with if it might upset the police.
Thank you Richard ! I’ve been trying to tell this fact to people for years! Also as a reminder our private property. Ie.small acreage or even suburban blocks, are supposed to be sacrosanct but the powers that be think they can walk on any time they want , if you look at big businesses they tend to have signs saying “NO ENTRY” etc. did you know that we can put those same signs on our property.
You can use No Trespass signs on your property and impose penalties for breaching it. A lady in Australia got $20k from the Police last year because they ignored her sign and hopped over the fence.
@@clairedelune1431 total nonsense. Trespass is a civil offence and unless any damage is caused, All you can do is ask them to leave. Someone can park their car on your drive and you can’t make them move it with out a court warrant

I like these auditors, they do a good service by highlighting what is perceived or taken as illegal activity and what is the freedom to choose to document and to film. Why, its easy because since all these CCTV cameras were put up everywhere by the state, and these not even consulted on or agreed to by the public just accepted because they can - even private cameras you can put up anywhere - NOBODY questions it. If you think about it they say its for security/crime detection, would you feel the same for say voyeurism ? When you see the confrontation by Police who over step their boundaries under a perceived threat its highlight and underlines the unspoken view of its officers, using section 50, misinterpretation of laws to fit a narrative they believe and held onto and more importantly the lack of training to simply understand that freedom to pursue accountability of said forces. Everyone should exercise, express or capture what they want, when they want without being criminalised by those who fear of being discovered. ~Trooper
Re the NT, I encountered much the same, having visited the house and purchased a nice book with it in, we parked in a throat outside locked gates after closing time. Sitting in the car enjoying the summer evening and the golden glow of the house the warden himself pops out, very politely he explained that they'd had a couple of burglaries but after a brief exchange happily left us be, a good example of positive engagement.

I never ask for shoulder numbers(work id ) I ask for the warrant card which holds them in office as constable and not a policy enforcement officer (blacks law definition of a police officer)
Well done,,,office of constable makes them personally liable for their malfeasance

@@RogerRamjet-t4q And unsurprisingly Blacks doesn't even define "Police officer" in the way he claims. But that will come as no surprise to regular viewers who will be used to Vobes fans claiming easily checkable documents say something other than what they actually say.

Rice v. Connolly (1966) is an English legal precedent holding that there is no strict, general legal duty to assist a police officer prior to any possible arrest or caution, with even basic police enquiries nor to accompany the officer to a requested location. Don't answer any of their questions. Always, if you wish to that is, ask questions. Stay AS KING. Always. Good luck.

Over a million CCTV cameras in the UK, but 1 man with a camera makes the Police lose their minds, it's bizarre!!!
1 scruffy thick deadbeat with a camera …
Focus pocus is in my view the best.
Definitely the best in the UK. He really is a photographer, who started filming when out doing his hobby, Due to the negative treatment he received just for taking pictures, he started his channel, roughly five years ago, to highlight what happens to photographers when out and about in public.
Auditors are brilliant 👏 shows the truth about the police 🚔 👏 😂
Auditing Britain (AB) does provide a good service, so do others too.
A good few years ago a car stealing gang used to store their booty in Stockport police car park and were very unlucky to have been rumbled.
I remember some pranksters planting something in our police station's flowerbeds.
When they came up they were cannabis plants😂😂🤣

Auditors are very courageous, I’m grateful for their work, keeping an eye on the professionalism of authorities.
Hahahahahaha
We need these auditors all over the country the more the merrier ❤
It’s a web.
@jackierichards1597 ... But I'd bet that they stuck a finger in your melon,
and squeezed your peaches and tomatoes! 🤣
They have a third option. That of telling you to put your basket down and get out of the shop.
It must have made a nice change from the foodbank for you
Good on you. I never do self service either. If they want me to check out my own purchases they can pay me or give me a discount.

Policy is not law.
Playing the trickster.
Who is the trickster may I ask ?
“If you’re not allowed to be offensive, if you’re not allowed to hurt other people’s feelings, then you don’t have freedom of speech. Well, what do you have? The whole concept of free speech is that you have to defend the rights of people to say things that you disagree with- that may be offensive to you, that may be hateful. Because the minute you let the government decide, the government can decide, ‘what is offensive? What is hateful?’ Well, then they can make anything they want hateful or offensive.”
ASYMETRIC LAWFARE!
Is that a channel or a statement?
They actually provide us with a lot of information we wouldnt have necessarily know had they not auditted the area. I never knew that we had an immigration processing centre or a massive underground animal experimentation laboratory close to where we live.... People need to realise that the Law is for everyone and not just for us... people have got to stop thinking theyve got extreme powers, just because theyve got a uniform on!
@martinebonne-gray9987 - 🥸Yes, I live in another country, and by watching these auditor's footage, I see that brooms are almost totally inexistent in most places there!
... We still have them here, and can send them over, if you still have people qualified to use them?🤣
@@_Why_123 I get your frustration, it must be awful to have to watch videos youre not actually interested in.

The legislation which we can use is like a public footpath, use it or lose it. 👍
I stood outside Bank of England and stood there 10 mins with my hands on my ❤ eyes closed and blessed the building. The police were wondering what I was doing but they left me alone. We must raise the frequency to bring in a beautiful world and bless those who need it most.
Glad you find auditors interesting, ive watched 2 or 3 regularly for 3 years or so. Very good summing up on your video piece too.
good video , as you rightly say , THEY work for us and not the other way round
Thats a good point Richard 🤔
As you said Richard the only power the cops have is in criminal matters, i.e. only the same authority one Man has over another Man.
If they ignored the filmers nothing would happen
Same as walking a dog
Many thanks Richard
One good vid to watch... Ben Gilroy, Know Your Rights.... 👍
DJ Audits, Auditing Britain and Peekay are great
Thank you Richard !
I will try to post this comment again!: A woman was arrested in 2023 for silently praying outside an abortion clinic. The police apologized six months later, but the point is, they should not have arrested her in the first place ! The police make up things on the spot !

"they don't like it up 'em".
~Trooper

The only civil authority comes from a contract. No contract no power.
