If you know what your talking about the judge will likely dismiss the case or throw you out of the courtroom never to return. I know of people who've done it, but you need patience, knowledge and background of the whole system. Too complicated for me but I studied it back in 2004 enough to understand the big picture.

@@scienceevolves4417 you don't need to access it directly. You can discharge your debts against it. Cancel all direct debits, and ask to be be billed. Any company, such as a utility company will send you a statement, which is a record of what is due and what has been paid. On the pay slip at the bottom write approved for payment, sign it and send it back to them. When they contact you about payment ask them for a True bill, which shows only what is due, and say when you recieve it I'll happily pay. ALL these companies have access to the trust fund and have already taken their cut. Then to maintain the illusion they send you a statement and expect you to pay them again. Its called double dipping. Thats why you ask them for true bill, they can't send one because nothing is owed. Under the Bills of Exchange act, payment tendered is payment made. I have done this with the tax man. They didn't like it, threatened court but I stood my ground and told them to take me to court, but that I had copies of the payment I sent them. 😅😅 I then got a begging letter from them which still makes me laugh even today, along the lines of please pay us as services have to be paid for and roads fixed etc.... The trouble is, with everything in finance, that money is only imaginary and existent only with confidence. If we as a people were to withdraw that non existent money all at once the system would fail completely. No one will allow us to make to happen no matter the truth of it. The "trust fund" is based upon the tax money the government can expect from the life of an average citizen. We are all judged equal in this regard even when clearly we are not all equal. This monetary forecast sets the borrowing rate and amount for the government de jour. This is why you see mass immigration because the government is nearly bankrupt through inept spending and the only way to offset the borrowing is to increase the collateral. You do this by making the population more productive and if that fails, import millions of extra birth certificates because in the eyes of the organisations that lend the money to the government, we are all equally capable of paying the same amount in tax throughout our lifetimes. As you can imagine there is a difference between a doctor we import and a sickly person who will require lifelong benefits. This is where sovereign debt comes from and begs the question who among the bankers and politicians thinks this to be a sustainable system? Surely it will all end with the banks foreclosing on the sovereign debt and we will be left owning nothing, eating bugs, living in skips and being happy about it too.

Richard I was in the public gallery of Westminster magistrates court in 2019 when a Man called David Noakes was resisting an extradition order to France for an alleged crime he had already served a sentence for in the Uk. He introduced himself as a living person under the terms of Magna Carta, the magistrate simply ignored his pleas. I believe I witnessed that day a gross miscarriage of justice, two weeks later he was extradited to France and held without trial. We need to return to common law in this country where everyone is considered equal and cannot be tried and convicted for the same offence twice.

Thr compensation os graduated according yo the number of years lost so the oldest are owed the most. I was one of a smaller group who lost about £47000 in pension payments. I think my compensation is also at the higher levelwhich should be about £30k+. The more of us die the more they save.

Any company, such as a utility company will send you a statement, which is a record of what is due and what has been paid. On the pay slip at the bottom write approved for payment, sign it and send it back to them. When they contact you about payment ask them for a True bill, which shows only what is due, and say when you recieve it I'll happily pay. ALL these companies have access to the trust fund and have already taken their cut. Then to maintain the illusion they send you a statement and expect you to pay them again. Its called double dipping. Thats why you ask them for true bill, they can't send one because nothing is owed. Under the Bills of Exchange act, payment tendered is payment made.
I have done this with the tax man. They didn't like it, threatened court but I stood my ground and told them to take me to court, but that I had copies of the payment I sent them. 😅😅 I then got a begging letter from them which still makes me laugh even today, along the lines of please pay us as services have to be paid for and roads fixed etc....

The trouble is, with everything in finance, that money is only imaginary and existent only with confidence. If we as a people were to withdraw that non existent money all at once the system would fail completely. No one will allow us to make to happen no matter the truth of it.
The "trust fund" is based upon the tax money the government can expect from the life of an average citizen. We are all judged equal in this regard even when clearly we are not all equal. This monetary forecast sets the borrowing rate and amount for the government de jour. This is why you see mass immigration because the government is nearly bankrupt through inept spending and the only way to offset the borrowing is to increase the collateral. You do this by making the population more productive and if that fails, import millions of extra birth certificates because in the eyes of the organisations that lend the money to the government, we are all equally capable of paying the same amount in tax throughout our lifetimes.
As you can imagine there is a difference between a doctor we import and a sickly person who will require lifelong benefits. This is where sovereign debt comes from and begs the question who among the bankers and politicians thinks this to be a sustainable system? Surely it will all end with the banks foreclosing on the sovereign debt and we will be left owning nothing, eating bugs, living in skips and being happy about it too.

Richard I was in the public gallery of Westminster magistrates court in 2019 when a Man called David Noakes was resisting an extradition order to France for an alleged crime he had already served a sentence for in the Uk.

I believe I witnessed that day a gross miscarriage of justice, two weeks later he was extradited to France and held without trial.

20 odd years ago I was told a very similar story by a Prince from overseas !!

Funnily enough a few years ago I asked a retired lady registrar about birth certificates and the legal fiction.She’s a very nice person but hadn’t got a clue about it and I’m sure she thought I was bonkers.
Same applies in the USA. I saw on the Internet people tried it as they couldn't believe it. So they tried to buy some large items using the number on their social security card and it worked.

Thr compensation os graduated according yo the number of years lost so the oldest are owed the most. I was one of a smaller group who lost about £47000 in pension payments. I think my compensation is also at the higher levelwhich should be about £30k+. The more of us die the more they save.

Thank you Richard for such a succinct explanation. I heard about this about 2 years ago from my brother and couldn't cope with taking it any further then. Yep, spouting allodial titles , birth certificate , strawman , etc. Etc. should keep the most persistent cops away that the judge sent for non-attendance .
I tried over 10 years ago to do this by saying my name was of the family Noir, at first they didnt know what to do and let me walk out, the 9th time they arrested me for non appearence from the dock, It was my own fault I should never have went and dealt with it with paperwork instead. The games rigged when you go in there. They NEED you to admit being that name in all capitals.
I pushed it as far as i could and they didnt like it, it was for a non common law offence.

@@MargyLong Not really it was for a non custodial offence, i just pushed it to see how far I could go. First time I did it was for CSA and the judge left the court. I never ever stood for the judge when they came into court either. " ALL STAND " gets you under their authority straight away.

• another was apparently found 'dead' by a fellow Freemason aged 26, cause of death listed 'Adult Sudden Death Syndrome'.
• another was overheard talking of going 'in the chair', came in the next morning with a black eye ('Widows Son' ritual) claiming it to be an accident; months later he apparently died aged 44!
I believe these people are still alive. Unlocking the fund...it's something to do with your corporate identity being dead!
