  • Paul Yates has written a splendid book about the fraudulent banking system and how we are placed into debt. He has remedies and personal case studies to demonstrate how to get out of debt without paying any bills.

Yay.... Like you Richard - I came across another interview with Paul several months ago whilst focussed on resolving the injustice of our system. The Universe helpfully popped me in front of that interview ...... bought the book.along with Contract and Equity Law books and a few others ...and since then I have discovered answers to so many more queries and conundrums .......we are the creators of all, but are led to believe we are just debtors. Thank you to all who dig deep to expose this scurrilous system. Truth is all. John Kelso is a fountain of knowledge ...... going all in on equity trust & securities.

Reading the book outlined my behaviour prior and I concurred with all of the script and more. The only difference was the amounts, mine being much more (MBNA x2 £10,100 & £5700) My own interest was mainly in the 'Aftermath' - Cleaning up the mess ! Great Book indeed & I've just re-read the Yates book. A MUST for the discerning 'Individual!'

This is one of many reasons why governments across the west are putting in legislation like they have in Europe and I believe that we in the UK are doing the same, because they didn't realise how powerful the internet is for information and research as near enough everything you can think of searching for on the web will usually generate a large amount of links to click on that contain information about what you are searching for which makes research easier than ever, all you need to do is ask the right question, if you don't get what you wanted trying asking the question in another way, or another way is search for key words in what you are researching! This is why the government wants more control over what people are allowed to see because it's coming to light the corruption and the abuse of power, our freedom is being stripped away, we're told the Magna carta only has 4 clauses that are still in use, this is a lie, when it was written it states in the document near the top that it's sealed in perpetuity, which means forever because they knew power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, they are all still in force! Things like having the right not to be ruled by a foreign power, this was treason & still being a member of the European court of human rights is illegal, if these laws are so good implement them with legislation we don't need to be ruled by Europe, I for one am not giving another penny to Europe, isn't one corrupt government enough! I used to feel free in the UK, not anymore in fact I know I'm not, we're all free to do as we are told or if you don't they take your freedom away from you and lock you up! How free do you feel now, this country is supposed to be that as long as you don't cause harm or loss of property to anyone else you are free to do what you like, now we are just slaves who are no longer needed, factory work is going to china and India as you probably know we make less & less each year so there's no need for a working class! Unless there's a war, then the tune will change! I'm not fighting so the rich keep their money! Let them fight to keep it! The system is set up to keep the rich, rich and the poor in their place if they don't want to go to jail, not often rich people go to jail, poor people go for far less serious crimes than rich people! Look into the system the deeper you go the worse it gets, I love my country but the powers that be cancelled kiss my arse I know what you people are doing & I'm not playing your game anymore! Educate yourself and make yourself aware of what's happening all over the West!

One point. If the debt collector has bought the debt. Then the debt has been settled under the bills of exchange 1882. Further your contract was with the party who sold the alleged debt. So the contract between the two parties is terminated. And the collector has no agreed contact with you. They chose under their own control to pay the debt alleged against you. Thank you very much. They should have agreed a contact between yourself and them beforehand that you would compensate them for their charity. The problem is proving they bought the debt, because they will never tell you. Hence why it is important to demand they provide full disclosure.

The only reason Paul Yates doesn't pay bills is because he left the UK and went to live on a Sail Boat. I think that point is VERY IMPORTANT when people are considering his direct approach with the Banks. If people are NOT prepared to up sticks and head overseas - they need to be prepared to deal with the fall-out! Yates has harmed many unsuspecting people already.

      Ignorance here
You haven't researched anything, you haven't paid attention to his journey and you definitely haven't read the book mentioned in this interview.
He has case studies, only a dull brain would watch this interview and draw that conclusion.
Case study means that one has evidence of completing a test or case. Why would he run if he has a case study????

It was set up by the legal system. Once you realise that the banks are the biggest fraudsters in history, and your government is there to extort as much £s from you as possible from birth to death… it all makes sense.

One of the pitfalls of this Common law, Sovereign man , understanding. Is the temptation to go back in the legal system and try to extract revenue from it with a 'contractual sleight of hand. They will get you in the end. Because you have consented to be in their world, It is the world of temptation. Forget about it.

Car, is transferred to the goverment through the certificate of origin which they hold. Only way to get it back is to say you are exporting it and deregister the car and dont export it. Then the car is your's and it will be unlawful to clamp or uplift as it would become theft by whoever is clamping or uplifting. A third party can only be enterd by consent by both partys. Your all caps name is you're corporation. No contract can be done with a buisness to a man or woman it has to be done buisness to buisness or man to man or man to woman or woman to woman.

A deed of assignment is just another term debt collectors use try to fool us into thinking they have legal standing in a matter. Unless they are named in the original contract, they are just third-party interlopers with no legal standing. I've dealt with a few of them over the last few years and even challenged them to take me to court, they all decline to do so.
