Thank you so very much for this.
I don't own all of the equity in my home. I wonder if I would be able to put my interest in trust for two of my two sons, albeit in unequal shares because one has a home but the youngest lives with me as my full time carer, so hasn't had the opportunity to start buying his own home?
Also if my interest in my property should be in revocable or revocable trust?
If you cannot reply, Richard, perhaps someone else reading this can suggest an answer, or where to look for that information specifically? I am not in good health and can no longer go through lots of information in books - and I know not all websites are reliable with many not being updated as new legislation comes in.
      Thanking you in anticipation.

@doriangray6633 a lot of them aren't so much convoluted, moreover not concised and focused... and drift off on tangents which then loses the audience. It certainly doesn't fill anyone with any confidence.
There is definitely a skill in communication as with anything, but that is down to the individual's own comprehension context and command of the subject matter.
The problem with the likes of acts and statutes is they are designed to be convoluted and occlusive to bring confusion by cross referencing and amendments coupled with boring language... so unless they have a grasp on the para. above, they are in essence as lost as the audience.
The problem IMHO is with people who speak with confidence who match the above criteria, can lead people into even deeper doodoo... leaving them up doodoo creek without a paddle...

5 mins in this video and we hear the word CHANCELLOR!
To understand a concept one has to go back to the very origin of the concept which is a word .
    Chancel. From Latin Cancelli.
    So this begs the question
What the hell is that ?
A Cancelli is a lattice screen which you can hide behind ...what ? eh !
Be patient and pay attention now.
Gate keepers and bouncers (door security) used to hide behind screen doors to protect private club members and themselves in Roman times.
So this idea migrated across Europe with the Roman Catholic religion that a door keeper should exist to protect the King and his family and friends.
    Everyone hid behind a Chancel.
Those who weren't invited got cancelled.[Chancelled].
So the Chancellor was the Chancellor and the Kings Counsellor.
    How's that for a game of words ? 🤣
    Well there's more.
The Romans didn't come up with this idea, it came from an older civilisation.
    A nation called Israel.
The high priest taught the kings the Mosaic Law from childhood.
    Nathan was King David's conscience.
There was Eli before that, and other priests that would be the equivalent of power and influence in the nation by administering law and justice and keeping kings in check.
The king would have an army and the priests the temple guard.
They would both wear turbans to signify their office.
(A king would wear a turban and a crown just like the English crown today)
Today the Archbishop lives in a palace just the same as a King.
    He is the Chancellor/Canceller/Counsellor
In Henry 8th's reign Thomas More was the Chancellor/Canceller/Counsellor.
in the same pattern set by Ancient Israel.
As Michael Cain used to say " norra lorra people know this , but..." 🤓

The problem is every government department and all councils are operating in commerce and are listed as corporations on Companies House whilst telling the people they are Public Authorities.
They refuse to answer simple questions we have that right also and people should use it as it then stops them in their tracks. They don't know what to do and will walk away thus in law they have lost the battle.

@BettySwollocks-gf8be I have stored somewhere an image of my local council registered on Companies House as a Corporate legal entity and sent it to the 151 officer. You could also go and watch the John Harris talk in which he shows you slides containing images of government departments listed on a credit reference agency. You need to do some research its all info waiting to be discovered by you.

The really wealthy people own nothing on paper, as they have it all in a trust with trustees.
But if they want anything they only have to ask their trustees to provide it from their trust, and it's arranged. The only people who can administrate it are the trustees, to benefit the beneficiaries, they can add other beneficiaries when asked so it is a smooth transaction when someone dies, and nothing to do with the legal system.
If his car is taken away, the trustees will recover the property of the trust, that is how it works.

Not sure that is true. This is similar to a contract. A contract can be drawn up between two or more people. No solicitor or notary required. Unlike a trust, a contract doesn't even need to be signed by witnesses. Just the people who the contract has been drawn up between. It can be hand written or typed, it needs to be signed by all parties and dated. This contract will be recognised by any court of law as valid. If one of the parties does not uphold their part of the contract, the other party or parties can take them to court for retribution. It seems that trusts are recognised in the same way.

That is interesting about the crown owning the land. I remember a chap making his property’s boundary larger by fencing off more ground that “ belonged” to his local estate. The factor of that estate told the chap “ you can’t do that” To which he told the factor “ bring your employer ( the local lord) here and I’ll fight him for it,for that is how his family got it. This actually sent reverberations round the landed gentry,so that they had to dig out a royal document giving the land to the family usually for services rendered. This story or myth if you like certainly backs up your guests statement about just being a tenant on your own property if not bequeathed by the crown💁🐒🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

A non-statutory trust refers to a trust that is created outside of formal legal frameworks outlined in legislation, relying instead on principles of common law or equity. It contrasts with a statutory trust, which is governed by specific legal statutes or acts of parliament.
In the context of the UK, non-statutory trusts often include express trusts, implied trusts, and constructive trusts. These types of trusts are not required to follow strict statutory regulations, but they are still recognized and enforceable under common law.

I was thinking along similar lines ,
Maybe have several trusts all sub contracting your services, if something gets a bit messy then pass the buck to the next trust up the chain.
Also it would be up to you to chase one of your trusts up for non payment , if one trust doesn’t pay the other ( your choice) it can be classed as a debt / loss . , ie no tax to pay .
I dare say you should be able to put yourself personally in a trust/ registered as an individual, just like the Vatican does with your birth certificate. Then technically you would be a slave to your trust . All labour would be invoiced from your trust / trusts .
That way even as an ‘ employee’ you could grant yourself fuel and travel expenses too and from work .
Mix a few private associations with annual meetings and I would say your more or less untouchable. 😉
